One Step Closer

"You've been on your phone this entire ride what are you up to" I said to Dave who for once wasn't giving me all his attention. "Jaheim had set me up this session at some guys studio. Im just making sure the dates set in stone" Dave decided to try out rapping since he had connections anyway from being in the streets.

"Hey we are about to go on vacation so I do I have to lock your phone" He smirked finally putting his phone away. "Your right but not much of a vacation bringing Xavier and Jerome" I laughed looking out the window watching the sights fly by. "Can't wait to see that ass of yours all up on me" I winked it was my dream too. 

Once we got to the airport everbody was already there including Dreamy and Kennedy. "Aww this trip is about to be lit" Kailee said as we went to go board the plane. Everybody was cool about Dreamy once I told them everything. I had no room for bad blood with one and Dreamy was really good vibes. "The one thing I ask of you two is no freaky shit aight" Xavier said refering to me and Dave.

After hours of Dave and Xavier chatting up about Fortnite and 2k we finally landed in Barbados. "Guys just look at the water it's just clearly" Desus said who brought a camera so he could record everything. "I love it already but where's the car im starving" I said looking for the van. We rented a villa since everybody pitched in but soon enough my broke ass would need to look for a second job.

"Were gonna go out to eat so everybody needs to get ready" Dave said once the van came and he helped the driver pile up the luggage. "Thank the lord I can't wait for tommorows activities" Jaheim added in. Once we got to the villa everybody picked a room but of course we got the master bedroom which was gorgeous with a balcony.

I opened up my suitcase throwing clothes out to find a dress for dinner. "I have no idea what to wear first its so hard" I sighed but Dave was already dressed. "Honey just pick something" He watched me struggle. I finally settled on my outfit which came together very swell. "See you look beautiful my little queen" Dave smiled taking pictures of me. "I know now get out because I don't wanna hear you talk about it been 30 minutes and im just doing my lips" He grabbed his phone and left. Dave could care less about me wearing makeup he just didn't understand why it took me so long.

"Girl could you help me do my lashes" Dreamy said. "Of course let me finish my lip then I'll finesse you" She sat on the bed and watched me as I finished my makeup. "Damn bitch you should be a makeup artist just look at those skills" She said taking a seat on my chair. "You should be a makeup artist with these skills" She said once I finished her face. I chuckled "Might have to do that bartending not paying the bills like it use to" She took a few pictures of her face.

"How come you've worked there for years and it seems to be buying ya expensive ass clothes" I slipped on my shoes. "Because of Dave were always together so I rarely work plus I don't feel the love from when I started" I shrugged my shoulders. "Well whatever you choose I'm sure everybody will approve. But if you do decide to be a makeup artist I got some girls that would love to hire you" I nodded and we went downstairs.

"Damn we are one good looking family" Jerome said looking at everybody else. "Let's go eat we can take pictures later" Desus said before wrapping his arm around Kennedy. "I see you Kennedy" I lightly nudged here as we got into the van. We all ordered some seafood and some cocktails and afterwards went to a tiki lounge.

"My fifth drink already" Kailee said finishing her glass. "You bout yo be sloppy tonight can we switch Dave" Jaheim asked wiping Kailee's face. I laughed looking at them they were surely a match and she always looked happy. "Not to burst anybody bubble but I'm tryna go back to the house and get some cheeks" Dave said gripping my ass. "Us single people are gonna back and meet some locals" Xavier said laughing.
