Chapter 16: Smoke and fire

Evie's POV

" Mom, we're gonna get ready for the concert." Ellia said. I nodded." M." I said walking to Mal and placing my hand on her shoulder.

" Whats the use of trying E? It's worthless. She'll never forgive me." She sighed wiping her tears away.

" Hey, you're the who said to never give up." Carlos said." Mal, if you want your sister to forgive you, never ever give up on her." Jay said.

" You're right. I gotta go to that concert and talk to her." Mal said." I'll get Riley to let us in her dressing room." I said.

" Lucky you guys are ok with them."  Mal said." Let's go change." I said. We all nodded and went to go change.

After we change we head to the venue. It was huge. People all lined up." The line is too long." I said.

" Don't worry mom. We're VIP. We're the first one to go in." Ellia said. They nodded and started walking through the long line. We just followed them.

The bouncers stopped them but they showed the VIP pass and let us in bowing down when they saw Mal and Ben.

" Woah, the settings is so cool." Harvey said." Hey guys." Josh said waving at us." Hey Josh." We all said. He smiled and looked back to the stage.

The place was all filled up. Mr. Mathews came on stage then the crowd started screaming. Last time I went to a concert it was melody's concert and that was like 11 years ago.

I saw Riley at the corner of the stage." Riley!" I called. She heard me and her mouth dropped. She went down the stage.

" What are you guys doing here?" She asked smiling and gave me a hug." We came to watch the show. We were here cause Mal really wants to talk to Maya. Any chance you can help her get in her dressing room?" I asked.

Riley bit her lip." I can try. After the show. Because if you do it now the show will be ruined. You know Maya. She's hard headed." She said.

" It's a deal." I said." I'll see you later. Sis." She said and left running to the stage. The stage was huge, there was a ramp in the middle and a Mic standing there.

The lights go off and the lights are just on the stage. Everyone started screaming.

" It all started with a smoke then all of a sudden it became a fire. "

All of a sudden fog machine filled the stage floor and then peach black then a few moments later the lights went back and there she is.
