Zipping up my suitcase, I dragged it to the door. It was going to be a long day of driving. I don't even get to spend the road trip to the beach house with Oliver. My mom decided that it would be me, two of my cousins, my aunt, and my aunt in law. I knew Oliver and Elliot would be in the same car but who knows who else is with them. Oliver had made a quick stop this morning to his parents house. Since he left, I probably won't see him until we are at the beach house, which will hopefully be in eight hours.

I grabbed some last minute items and stuffed them in my other bag. I don't know why I pack so much. I mean Oliver and I are staying at the beach house until next weekend. My mom and Nick leave Sunday night for their honeymoon. It was nice that she said we could stay the week. She also mentioned that if we break anything we have to replace it.

I heard my phone vibrate and then the ringtone went off. I reach for the counter and grabbed it.

"Be down in a jiffy." I said and then hung up. I grabbed my stuff and lugged it down to the car. I placed my stuff in the trunk and greeted my mom and the rest. Once I was buckled in the questions came at me. 'Who is he?' 'He better be treating you right.' and 'You're so lucky!'

"Guys, one question at a time." I said to my cousins, Beth and Cassie.

"Okay, me first. Your mom wouldn't tell us anything. So who is he?" Cassie asked and waited patiently for me to collect my thoughts.

"He's my childhood best friend. Oliver, you both have met him at one of our gatherings." I told them.

"If I remember correctly, he's the drop dead sexy one. You scored good!" I laughed at their comment.

"You two live together right?"

"Yes, with our cat, Spar."

"That's so freaking cute. So like is he good in bed?" Beth asked in a hushed tone.

I laughed at her question and nodded with a smile.

"Yup, she definitely won the lottery." Cassie laughed.

"It's funny actually, we didn't know we liked each other for a while. I was oblivious to his actions because he always acted like a boyfriend to me but we weren't together. He makes me so happy and I'm glad we got over the shy feelings."

"That's even cuter." My mom smiled as she drove. After being on the road for an hour my phone went off.

"It's him! Answer it." Cassie and Beth exclaimed. I chuckled and answered the phone as I put it up to my ear.

"Hey you." I said into the phone.

"Hey you too. How's your car ride?" He asked.

"Well if you really want to know, we talked about for the first half hour. Now we are all half asleep." I told him.

"Did you tell them how sexy I am?" He asked.

"They mentioned it and I agreed to their statement." I heard him chuckle on the other end.

"Glad to know you think good things about me. Elliot keeps bothering me." He said as he yelled at Elliot to stop messing with him.

"Elliot stop bothering Oliver." I said into the phone.

"See even your sister knows you're an annoying twat."

"Take that back or I'll punch you so hard down there that you won't be able to reproduce." Elliot warned him.

"No! I need to make babies later on in my life. Your sister will kill you if you do that."

"Yes, I will kill you if you do that to him." So glad to know that he really does want kids and the best thing is, it's with me. I blush a bright pink.

"Aww she's blushing. He must've said something sweet." I looked over at Beth making kissing faces at me. I waved my hand at her to tell her to stop.

"I'll see you in a few hours. I'm gonna try to get some shut eye. I love you." I said.

"I love you too." And then the phone call was over. My cousins gushed over how we tell each 'I love you'. I don't understand them sometimes.

"Oliver, these are my cousins Beth and Cassie." I said introducing them for the second time.

"I remember you two. It's great to see you's again." He said giving them each a hug.

"Holy crap, you smell good." Cassie blurted and covered her mouth. Oliver chuckled.

"Well at least I know I don't stink."

"Oliver and I are gonna get settled in one of the bedrooms. You guys are two beach houses down." I told them. They nodded and left. Oliver took my stuff and his stuff up. I was going to get my own stuff but he had to be the gentlemen and take all the damn bags. I walked ahead of him on the staircase since he didn't want me to have to wait.

"Are you sure you don't need my-" My breath caught in my chest as I hit the steps. I turned my head back.

"Sorry." He mumbled.

"I told you." I said and took the bag from him. I let him go get the one that slid back down to the bottom of the steps.

"I know." He chuckled. I placed the suitcase on the bed and heard Oliver stumble into the room. I started to unzip the bag as I felt his hands snake around my waist. I nervously chuckled at the sensation bubbling up in my chest.

"No, no. Not now at least. We must unpack and head out for dinner with our families." I told him.

"You're no fun." I could hear his pout. His arms were gone and he set the other suitcase on the bed. I flipped the top open and was confused.

"I don't remember packing this." I raised a brow and held up a black dress in front of me.

"Hey, you weren't supposed to see that yet." He said taking it out of my hands.

"Well, I have and what are you going to do about it?" I smirked at him. I know he hates when I tease him but sometimes I can't help myself.

"Oh I see how it is. You can turn me down but I can't turn you down."

"I never said you can't. I just messing with you. Now what's this dress for." I asked.

"For you, of course. I figured we were eating at a nice place tonight and I wanted to get you something." He said handing it back to me.

"Well thank you. It's very pretty." I complimented his shopping skills.

"It will make you look like a goddess." He chuckled at his lame attempt to compliment me. It warmed my heart anyway.

"Thanks." I smiled with a small blush.
"Can I at least kiss you? I haven't seen you all day." He said.

"Why ask?" I said. He took my hand and brought me closer. I wrapped my arms around his neck as his went under my butt to lift me up. I wrapped my legs around torso. The space quickly closed between us as the air seemed to leave us.

A kiss wasn't just a 'kiss' between us. It was everything, our love, happiness, laughter, and our seriousness crumpled into one.

"Stop making out, you two need to get ready." Elliot barged in on us.

"Fine." Oliver groaned as he planted me on my feet. I grabbed the dress and my makeup bag. As I walked away a hand quickly whacked my butt. I looked at him and laughed.

"You're weird." I told him as I walked into the bathroom.

"You're weirder but I love you."

"I love you too!" I said and shut the door.
