I rolled over in bed, groaning in the process.

"You sound like you're dying." Oliver commented.

"Well if you didn't make me workout yesterday, I would be making inhuman noises." I pointed out.

"It's good to exercise." He told me, only getting a scoff back.

"The only exercise I do is walking." I stated, allowing him to laugh at me.

"You used to like running around on the field with us." He said pulling me closer.

"That was in the beginning of the year. It's summer, I'm done." I told him. He only chuckled and ruffled my hair. I sat comfortably in his arms. His warmth and scent surrounding my atmosphere. His breath trickled down the back of my neck, sending shivers through me.

"One week." He whispered, causing me to smile.

"I can't wait." I said reaching my hand back and stroking the side of his face. I placed my hand back down in my lap and then grabbed the remote to change the channel.

"How are you doing with your mom being gone again?" I asked him out of curiosity. I felt his body stiffen at the subject.

"Sorry, I know you don't like to talk about it." I apologized.

"It's fine. I just, I guess I just feel that I won't see her again." He told me.

"I know you hate that, but she's not actually in combat. She's working in the US. I know she won't be home for a while, but you won't lose her to a war." I said point out the positives.

"I know. I just don't like saying goodbye to her even if she's not going to war. I just hate her job, I know she's doing it for her own reasons. I just want her to be home." He said as he let his hand run up and down my arm.

We fell into a silence and just took in the comfortableness.

"Sorry to barge in, but we all need to talk." Elliot said shutting my door and locking it. Our heads snapped in his direction and followed until he sat down in front of us. His hands were shaking and he had goose bumps. He was unusually pale.

"Are you okay?" Oliver and I said at the same time.

"No, I mean yes. I don't know." He sighed and let his head fall into his hands.

"Well, what's going on?" I asked.

"I think you two are going to kill me. Please don't though." He begged.

"Just tell us man." Oliver told him. Anxiety rose in my body, Oliver obviously could tell by the way my breathing hitched faster.

"I'm, I'm having a baby. Well I'm not because I don't have the organ to and it would be weird to see a baby come out of a-" Oliver moved and clamped a hand over Elliot's mouth.

"What do you mean?" I asked knowing it was stupid to even ask that.

"I'm going to be a dad." He said softly.

"The mother of this child will be?" Oliver questioned.

"Veronica." Elliot answered. Oliver and I fell back in relief.

"At least it wasn't one of your hookups." I mumbled.

"Damn, I thought you two would have choke the life out of me." Elliot chuckled slightly.

"We should, we are all too young to start a family now. What about college?" I asked.

"I, um." He stammered, running his hand through his hair.
