INGREDIENTS (measuring cup, used 1 cup = 250 ml)
▶Puffed rice - 2 cups
▶Mint cilantro chutney - 2 tbls
▶Tamarind dates chutney - 2 tbls
▶Red chilli chutney - 1 tsp (optional)
▶Boiled potato, peeled and chopped - 1 large
▶Boiled moong beans or steamed moong sprouts - 1/2 to 3/4
▶Tomato finely chopped - 1 medium size.
▶Onion finely chopped - 1 small
▶Roasted Cumin powder - 1 tsp
▶Chat masala - 1 tsp
▶Red chilli powder/Lal chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
▶Chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
▶Sev - 1/4 or 1/2 cup
▶Papdis, broken into pieces - 5-6
▶Roasted peanuts - 2 tbls
▶Lemon juice - 1 tsp
▶Black salt as requiredMETHOD :
1. Firstly dry Roast the puffed rice in a kadai or pan till they become crisp.
2. Let them cool and take them all a large bowl.
3. Add Everything to the puffed rice except sev and coriander leaves.
5. Quickly Mix everything.
6. Now lastly garnish bhel puri with some coriander leaves and sev.
7. Serve bhel puri immediately.
