INGREDIENTS :
▶Bread - 6 slices cubed
▶Onion - 1 chopped finally
▶Spring onion white part - 2 tbls chopped
▶Tomato - 3 chopped finally
▶Ginger - 1 tbls minced
▶Garlic - 1 tbls minced
▶Red chilly - 2 sliced
▶Tomato ketchup - 2 tbls
▶Soya sauce - 1 tbls
▶Vinegar - 1 tbls
▶Sugar - 1 tsp
▶Ajinamotto - 1 tsp (optional)
▶Salt to taste
▶Oil - 3 tbls
▶Spring onion green Part for garnishedMETHOD :
Heat 2 tbls of oil and add the chopped bread cubes and fry till it turn golden. Remove to a plate and set aside.
Heat 1 tbls of oil and add Ginger, garlic, red chilli and fry well.
Add spring onion white part, onion and fry till light golden.
Add tomatoes along with sugar, salt and Ajinamotto give it a stir and cook for 5 mins.
Add Tomato sauce, Soya sauce, vinegar and mix well. Pour half cup of water and bring it to a boil.
Add in fried bread pieces and mix well.
Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
