INGREDIENTS :
▶Cauliflower - 1
▶Besan flour - 2 cups
▶Red chilli powder - 1 tbls
▶Mango powder - 1 tsp
▶Cumin seed powder - 1 tsp
▶Garam masala powder - 1 tbls
▶Coriander powder 1/2 tbls
▶Oil to fry
▶Salt to tasteMETHOD :
1. wash Cauliflower and cut into a small pieces
2. Take Besan flour, red chilli powder, mango powder, Cumin seed powder, Garam masala powder, Coriander powder and salt
3. Add little water and beat the mixture to form a thin and smooth batter.
4. Heat the oil
5. Dip the Cauliflower pieces into the batter and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown.
6. Serve hot Cauliflower(gobi) Pakora with spicy green chutney or Tomato ketchup. 😋
