For dry Roast masala
▶Pepper corns - 1 tbls
▶Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
▶Cardamom - 3 to 4
▶Cinnamon stick - one inch small piece
▶Curry leaves - one handfulMETHOD :
In a pan add oil... Two Chopped green chillies.. Two Onion finely chopped.. Add Ginger garlic paste.. 2 tsp.. Now add 1/2 kg chicken add salt & Turmeric.. Now allow Chicken to cook completely.. As Oil separates.. Now add dry Roast masala powder. Cook for 3 more minutes.. And pepper Chicken is ready.A\N
