Orange Chiffon Cake [19]

INGREDIENTS :

▶Maida\All purpose flour - 1 cup
▶Sugar - 3/4 cup
▶Grated orange peel - 1 tsp
▶Oil - 1/2 cup
▶orange juice - 1 cup
▶Orange essence - 1/2 tap
▶Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp
▶Egg - 2

METHOD :

Sieve Maida and baking powder, keep aside. Separate Egg whites & yolks. Beat yolks with oil & Sugar until fluffy. Add orange juice, essence orange colour, grated orange peel to the egg yolks mixture and beat, finally, fold Egg yolks mix, maida and egg whites together. Grease cake vessel wid oil and Maida & pour in it and bake at 180° C.
