Veg Fried Rice [102]

INGREDIENTS :

▶1 bowl basmati rice, cooked
▶3 - 4 tsp of oil
▶2 spring onion, finely chopped
▶½ carrot, finely chopped
▶1 capsicum, finely chopped
▶4-5 french beans, finely chopped
▶¼ cup peas, fresh / frozen
▶3 to 4 garlic, finely chopped
▶½ inch ginger, finely chopped (optional)
▶3 tsp soy sauce
▶3 tsp vinegar
▶1 tsp black pepper
▶salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS :

1.firstly, heat oil in a wok or a pan. add 3-4 tsp of OIL.

2.additionally, add black pepper and garlic. saute for few seconds.

3.also add the spring onions and saute for about 2 minutes.

4.furthermore, add capsicum and fry for aminute.

5.then add all the finely chopped veggies.

6.repeatedly stir and toss the vegetables so that they are cooked well. add some salt while cooking vegetables.

7.the vegetables should be almost cooked. then add the 3 tsp of soy sauce.

8.also add 3 tsp of vinegar.

9.furthermore, add almost cooked rice. i have added pinch of salt and 1 tsp of oil while cooking rice.

10.also add crushed black pepper after adding cooked rice.

11.furthermore, fry for a few minutes till the rice and vegetables mix well. make sure you do not add more salt as soya sauce has salt content.

12.finally, serve the veg fried rice hot plain or with dal tadka or veg manchurian gravy.
