INGREDIENTS :
▶Maida\All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup
▶Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp
▶Egg - 4
▶Melted ghee - 150 ml
▶Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
▶Fresh cream - 100 g
▶Salt - 1 pinch
METHOD :
Sieve Maida and baking powder.. In a deep beat the powdered Sugar and ghee.. Mix well.. Then add the egg one by one in it.. Beat well. Now add the fresh cream. Add the Maida baking powder mixture very slowly.. At last add the Salt. In a deep nonstick pan pour some ghee.. Then pour the cake mixture to the pan and bake for an hour on a gas stove in low flame.
For icing:
In a deep bowl beat 2 packets of Whipping powder with 1/2 cup cold milk.. Beat well.. Decorate the cake.. That Is your.
