INGREDIENTS :

▶A little less than 3 cups all purpose flour/Maida
▶Sugar - 2 tbls
▶Salt - 1 tsp
▶Oil - 2 tbls
▶Instant yeast - 1.5 tsp
▶Water - 1 cup + 2 tbls

METHOD :
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add water. Kneed the dough for around 10 min. Let it rest for around 2 hours till it doubles in size. After it doubles in size, roll the dough and make balls out of it. Grease the Baking tray and place these balls on it. Let it rest for 30-45 min till it doubles in size. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180°.
Before putting it in oven brush the top of Buns with milk and sprinkle Sesame seeds. Bake for around 30-40 min until golden brown in colour and sounds hollow when trapped from bottom.
