Beat 100 g Butter and 1 cup powdered Sugar... 3 Eggs one by one.. Beat well till it become fluffy.. Sieve 1 cup Maida and 1 tsp Baking powder and fold into this Egg mixture. Or u can beat in low speed. And 1 tsp Vanilla essence.. Pour into a nonstick pan and bake in low flame...(grease pan with butter) after cooling cut the cake into low layers.... Apply pineapple jam on one half and Whipping cream on the other...
Combine It like sandwich... Sprinkle some Powdered Sugar on top(optional).
