INGREDIENTS :
▶Unsalted Butter - 3/4 cup (at room temperature)
▶Icing Sugar - 1 cup
▶Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
▶Hot water - 1 tbls
METHOD :
Beat together softened Butter and Icing Sugar in a deep bowl till creamy. Add Vanilla essence to this and combine well. Now add hot water and beat for another 2-3 minutes. Use as desired on cakes or cup cakes.
NOTE :
Add few drops of food colour and beat till combined for different colour.
