Chapter 3 - Seeing Rebekah again

Rebekah looked a little bit different from the last time I saw her. It was 19... 02. Yes, 1902. More then a hundred years passed since then. Who would've known. I thought that it wasn't that much time.  

Rebekah was small, skinny and pale. She had straight blonde hair and big blue eyes. She was beautiful, even if I preferred her in one of those old gowns that we used to wear for parties a long time ago.  

I was a good friend with Rebekah Mikaelson and I missed her a lot. She understood me well and if you asked me, she was kind of my favourite Original.  

Her eyes flashed through the bar. I noticed how they passed me and proceeded on. The thought of me being here in Mystic Falls was so strange and unbelievable, that she probably couldn't even believe that it was actually me. Then I noticed how she looked back and stared in to my eyes. I smirked and did a little wave in her direction.  

I could see how she was having a hard time not speeding through the room. When she finally reached me she pulled me in a hug. '' It's really you, Alice! I can't believe that you are here! '' she screamed and squealed.  

'' Carefully, Bekah. You are crushing me, '' I murmured, frowning.

'' I'm just so happy to see you! I missed you so much! '' she replied with enthusiasm and finally let me go.  

I took a deep breath and nodded. '' I missed you too, Bekah. ''  

She sat on the bar stood next to me. She was staring at me with wide eyes and I was pretty sure that she wasn't even blinking because she thought that I would've disappeared if she would. '' But how is it possible that you are here? The last time I saw you... '' We both quickly remembered what happened. '' You said that you'll never return in to your old home. ''  

I sighed, looked around the bar with boredom and ordered another glass of vodka and a beer that Rebekah preferred to drink.

'' That was my plan at the beginning... '' I started and looked at her. '' But a little birdie told me that I was missing all the fun happening here. '' I grinned.  

She smirked. '' What about your brothers? Have you talked to them yet? ''  

'' Yes! '' I laughed. '' Oh, my God, you should've seen their faces when they saw me at their house! ''

She smiled. '' I wish you had a camera... ''  

'' I know. '' I looked to her. '' And I also got to meet that doppelganger bitch. ''  

She frowned. '' Oh, Elena. '' She rolled her eyes. '' She is just so annoying, but Nik won't let me kill her. ''  

My eyes widened when she pronounced her nickname for Klaus for a second, then I got serious again and made a face like I smelled something really bad. '' Yes! I've just met her and I'm already so sick of her! You should've seen her face when I shoved her against the wall. ''

Rebekah grinned. '' I'm so sorry that I missed that... '' She sighed. '' Definitely the worst doppelganger until now. I actually prefer Katherine, even if she's a bitch that doesn't care about much persons. ''  

'' Katherine's awesome. Elena's just... '' I shook my head. '' I swear that the next time I saw her and she'll say something like earlier... I'll kill her. ''  

'' Your brothers would hate you then, '' Rebekah said.  

I shrugged and looked at my glass of vodka. '' I don't care. It would be easier like that. I made it on my own until now. Them hating me or not... It wouldn't make much of a difference. ''  

'' You know that Stefan turned his humanity of again a couple of weeks ago? '' she suddenly asked.

'' What? '' My eyes widened with surprise. '' Nice little Steffie? ''
