The morning was like a never before family not quiet but dumb loud. Smashing what seems like pans together while laughing.is like if they are kids all over again discovering the kitchen tools.
But Then again it's nice to finally wake up to this and not a quiet house. I got up from bed and went straight to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth after that I put my hair into a messy bun.
Ethan was the only thing on my mind again, last night in the water was amazing seeing him again feeling like the whole world around you stop, then you remember Lydia and everything goes down hill.
I sigh grabbing my phone and walking down stairs to the kitchen. The smell of bacon with eggs and vanilla pancake took over the whole house making smell like grandma house when she makes food for her grandchildren. Walking into the kitchen you had Peter and mom making ice tea while step dad makes pancakes John and Logan sitting on the table playing a game and the twins sitting by my mom and Peter.
This is just lovely.... wait...
"Hey " Grayson says and i ran out the kitchen pretty quickly and grabbed one of Peter sweater and putting it over my crop top. Thank God it goes up to my thighs.
"Heyy" I said walking back into the kitchen and everyone looks at me weird."let's act like that didn't happen" I said and they all nod with a laugh
"Morning Kim" Kenny said when I went up to him to give him a hug. I smiled and went to my mom and hugged her tight which made her laugh
"Morning darling" she says and kisses my forehead. Peter turns around and gives me a big hug.
"Good morning troll" he says and I start laughing and smacked his shoulder when he let go
"Morning grandma " I told him and he acted sad and I started laughing and hugged the twins"how are both of you ?" I asked and they both look at me
"We're good" they both say and i laugh
"You guys still weird me out" I said and they nodded. I was going to go to Logan an John but Ethan grabbed my hand and my heart skipped a beat. I looked at him and he nodded his head out to the back and I nodded. Since its the beach house I let him to the back porch.
"So what's up" I said closing the door as he took a seat playing with his thumbs nervously"Ethan your scaring me what going on"I said sitting next to him and he grabbed hands and kissed them
"I'm sorry, I don't mean to scare you but I don't how you would act" he says and I raise an eyebrow
"What is it?"
"It's about Lydia"I cut him off
"Eth I don't want to hear anything about her you are going--"
"She gave birth the baby premature " he says and I sat up
"Then why are you here go over there " I said and he got up too
"That's the thing its not mine " he says and I rub my forehead
"Ethan stop denying it your going to be the dad to that girl or boy" I said and he shakes his head and I nod my head
" I can prove to you it's not mine" he says and I chuckled
"No Ethan im good " I said and walked away but my mom locked the door and I put my hands up " really?" I asked and she nods
"Listen " she said and walked away and I turn to face him
"How can you prove it to me that it's not yours "
"I just have to wait for a call from Jess "he says taking out his phone and I laugh
"You put jess in your problem? Poor girl has to be in the middle of this? I don't want that, I don't want my friends to get hurt over something your putting them through" I said and he nods
"I know just bear with me " he says and I sit down.
I feel bad that jess has to go through all this.
After a couple seconds Ethan phone rings and he grabbed it. He looks at me and I nodded. I just want to know if it is or not now. I want the drama to go aside.
"Hello?" He says through the phone more as a question and I stand up and lean next to him.
"Why would you lie to Ethan saying that's his baby he's a young boy well not to young but still" I hear Jess voice and I look at him
"Like I told you girls life has to come with bitchy swings but I created this one, I sleep with Logan around the time I was dating Ethan so he can get blamed for it " Lydia voice said and I press the end button
"Do you believe me now?" He asked and I look at him
"I do but I'm not going to run in your hands saying I'm sorry take me back we can start all over like this never happened, I'm going to need time to think Ethan and not just a day or week a few months" I said and walked out the porch and to the sandy beach leaving him alone back at the beach.
