Chapter 9 (HAPPY BIRTHDAY)

Brendon pulled me into the ocean. It was immediately freezing, I turned around to run out but I felt a strong pair of arms wrap around my torso.

"Brendon!" I yelled

"Yes doll?" He said casually still holding me

"Put me down!"

"Why would I do that?"

"Because I asked you to, Isn't that enough?"

"Nope!" He said transitioning to carrying me bridal style

"Please?" I said with puppy dog eyes

"Ok fine' he said putting me down

'Thank you" I said with a smile then I turned around to face him and splashed him.

"Oh so we're playing that way are we?''

"Hell yeah we are." I said smiling and suddenly getting splashed in the face I should have seen that coming.

"Remember you're the one who started this." He laughed at he splashed me again.

 We continued to have a splash fight until I got hungry.

"Brenny I'm hungry."I said rubbing my stomach

"Then lets go eat." He said picking me up and throwing me over his shoulder

"Hey put me do- I give up..." I sighed as he switched to carrying me bridal style

"Good." he said we were now back at our spot and he laid me down at my towel.

"Thank yoouu" I said with a cheesy grin as he laid down next to me.

I see Kat off in the distance with a boy.

"Who is that?" I said sitting up and lowering my glasses as if there was a shark in the water.

"Oh, that's faith and some guy, she was friends with him a while ago. I don't remember his name."

She must have saw me looking at her because she grabbed his arm and ran. I tracked where they were going and made a mental note

"I'll be back. I'm getting food" I said eyeing them and getting up

"I'll go too" Brendon said getting up to follow me I grabbed his arm and ran because he's too slow. And before you know it we were at the snack bar walking up to Kat and the mystery guy.

"Hey Kat! And I don't believe I've met you have I?"

"Nope, I'm Danny." He said holding out his hand.

"Hey, I'm Alex, Kats best friend. And this is Brendon my Bo-est friend." I said shaking his hand and mentally cringing. Good recovery Alex.

"Hey." Danny said

"Well, I guess I'll go. I just wanted to see the mystery guy my best friend is talking to." I laughed and walked off.

"You're strangely over protective." Brendon said laughing

"Maybe I am and maybe I am you never know" I said laughing

We got some food and ate and talked to eachother until Kat came to our table and pulled up a chair.

"Ok so Danny.. He's my boyfriend." She said biting her lip

"Yes! That's amazing!" I said hugging her "just let him know that if he beats or hurts you in anyway I will chop him up and feed him to the dogs, okay? And I wont get pissed about the whole 'not telling me' thing if you get me a pack of cigs." I winked. She pulled a 10 out of her wallet and slammed it in my hand, rolling her eyes and walking back to her table with Danny

Me and Brendon were walking back to our spot when I saw Leon and Sarah I started to wave to them and all of the sudden brendon wraps his arm around my waist and Sarah grabs Leon's hand.

Strange....

* ok so know this was a short sucky chapter. Danny is actually a guy faith knows and I always joke that they like eachother SO WHY NOT PUT IT IN THE BOOK?!?!

And one more thing
