"Don't even think about it," My father's voice rose a few octaves at Zayn, I shrink to myself when I know he tried to touch me.

It feels like the time is dragging on since I got the news.

It's quiet. Too quiet. I plead with my eyes for my dad to save me from this encounter and he quickly stands up to his feet, then I copy him staying behind him.

"Rethink that move, son." My father warned Harry, who sneered but retrieved his hand from his belt where his gun was.

Niall, Louis and Harry were obviously here too. They were lined behind Zayn, in case he needs protection.

I'm pathetically hiding behind my dad, humiliated that I had thought he needed me like I did him. Again the roles were switched, now I'm staying with my dad so he can protect me...

I know I couldn't hide forever though, so I walk to the side of my father's towering body.. I dare to look at him and he was smirking triumphantly at my father, in his white crisp button up, quiffed hair...I scowl at this.

How dare he? My hands were twitching at my sides.

"Did Alice know?" I asked Louis out of the blue, who looked so guilty and sad. They're all here, watching me pitifully. But I only stared coldly; I'd never forgive any of them. They all knew. "Did she know?!" I snapped, he flinched.

"No." Louis calmly answered. I let a relieved sigh then my lower lip trembled. I sniffled at how she was the only one who was honest with me. What would she say about this? At this a few tears fall for the memory of my friend. Then I compose myself. I wanted to be strong then leave with my head held high until I was away from this place, this awful place.

He was not even feeling sorry. I don't doubt my father's words anymore, since Zayn's acting this way, they had to be true.

"As you probably know by now, I told her about your sick mind games," My father mocked Zayn, who rolled his eyes, and I was glad for my father being here with me but felt dizzy because of them being in a room together again.

"She can speak for herself," he sneered cunningly, I flinched then scowl.

"He's right." I tell dad gently, Zayn looked smug. "Go bring the papers, dad. I need to have a last word with him." I coldly exclaimed.

"Livy, are you sure?" my dad asked uneasy, looking concerned.

"She's not a child." Zayn again intruded with that voice dripping of malice.

"Yes. Just bring him what he needs and then he'll exchange me for the papers so we can leave as soon as possible. It's why I'm here, it's what I'm good for," I stare straight at Zayn pointedly. His eyes soften drasticly but his face remains stoic.

My father nodded, kissing my head then went quickly to get them.

I see Louis, Harry and Niall have walked to the other end of the hall to let us have some privacy but I could have gone without it either, since they all knew my concerns before I did.

"You wanted revenge?" I go straight to the issue, just staring at him with cold, dejected eyes.

"Among other things.." he dryly said looking pensive, I grimace at his choice of words but he continues, "Actually, no. I had no idea who you were, nor that you were his daughter up until he visited you in the cafe." he calmly explained, then just stares, trying to read me.

"That's all you have to say?" I questioned disbelieving.

He shrugged, looking to his feet then back to me but I avert my eyes because all I get are flashbacks of how he was with me. He couldn't care less that I just found out about everything.
