"Are you blind? Look at her." I shriek, throwing him a glower. He's fidgeting not knowing what to do, looking from one side to the other quickly as if he could find help there as I stare anxiously at Alice. "Don't touch her. Get help!" I ordered but he just sat there next to me, staring in horror what had happened, he holds her hand sadly since he knew there wasn't anything to do, losing hope. "Zayn, do something," I beg.

"Help me Liv." she wheezed suddenly, my head snapped to her again.

"I will, tell me where it hurts." I quickly mumble, scooting closer to her, my hands still flat on her stomach.

"That's not what I mean.." she barely said, "Make it go away.. The pain." she whispered, "P-please, say something."

But I'm mute. I couldn't help her with this as it meant she would leave.

"Look up the sky. Nothing else matters, just the place you will get to." Zayn rasped softly, while looking at her then at me. Nodding his head encouraging me to say something, he comes closer to me, wrapping his arm around my waist, warming me instantly, while holding Alice's hand too.

"Look at the stars, they will be your night light." I choke out, she has stopped whining and is watching the sky while tears run down her face, "The clouds will be your bed, and you will watch us from above.." I whisper caressing her hair.. She mouthed a faint 'thank you' to us then her eyes are staring at the heaven again.

A few seconds pass like that before she closed her eyes..

"No!" I scream, cries and sobs flying from my mouth, while Zayn holds me to him, his head leaning down to mine. "No, please no. Alice w-wake up..Please," I shake her but she is not responding.

Minutes go I refuse to believe it, my wails, whines cut though the silent night.

"Liv, let her go," Zayn softly told me never releasing me, I can't breath properly, choking on my rapid heaves.

It's late, no traffic, only the soft cries from me are heard. Zayn's concerned stare meets mine from time to time. I told him it was my fault...

I couldn't believe what had happened. I'm in denial.

As the lights around me lit and go off, filtering through the car, from other cars or lamp posts, I get repeatedly flashbacks. Images of that man stabbing her reappear, her noises and face flashes before me...

"Stop the car, don't ask why," I croak suddenly, he quickly does pulling at the side road. I barely open the door and am already hunching to the side heaving my insides out, his hand rests on my back rubbing tenderly, then up to my neck where his thumb and fingers cup and massage me, before just running his fingers through my hair just wanting to find a reason to be close to me, to comfort me while I continue to vomit...

Then we're on the road again, he hands me a bottle of water but I shrug him off.

"Babe, you need to clean your hands," he spoke quietly, I continue to weep to myself, "Olivia, I want to be here for you but I can't hold your hand if-"

"No. I don't need anything."

He took a deep breath but remains quiet.

"Where's the others?" I asked through sniffles, I give him a stern look, he warily holds the eye-contact, a hand laying in the steering wheel the other on his upper lip.

"They're behind us, don't worry."

I quickly look back, and see Harry driving a red SUV, similar to the one we're in, but ours is silver. Alice's body is in that car...
