It was time for everyone to evacuate the capital of the Fire Nation.

You had to go on your own, otherwise issues would've arised for both you and Zuko.

From underneath Zuko's bed, you focused on the entirety of the royal palace. To your surprise, it wasn't completely empty.

Oka was there.

You had to be careful. Your goal was to reach the docks, where Zuko would pick you up with one of the Fire Nation's war balloons. However, Oka's presence was a concerning liability.

If he spotted you, then everyone would know you were alive, and the Fire Nation would be on your trail. You had to focus carefully.

From what you could tell, Oka wasn't too close to you. He was inside a room filled with records and documents, far to your right. Unfortunately, the exit was also in that direction.

You exhaled and got out of your hiding spot, dashing towards the exit as quietly as you could.

As you passed by the room Oka was in, you heard him yelling in frustration.

"I can't find any info on her! That spacebender...!"

Your heart nearly stopped. You focused harder to see what Oka was up to.

He was frantically searching shelves of old information, the kind you'd expect to be sealed away.

What surprised you even more was that the information was sealed away. Oka had torn through the thick metal door blocking it somehow.

He kept investigating the room, when he found a metal box.

With a smirk, he took out a capsule from his pocket and popped it open. And then...

Oka began to bend the hot water from his capsule onto the box, expanding and thinning the metal. He then pierced through it and took out the documents inside.

You were shocked. It was always a possibility that he was a waterbender, he came from the North, not the South. Even then, a part of you felt worried about the new development which was Oka's ability.

He skimmed through a few papers and scoffed, throwing them aside, when he reached for the final scroll hidden behind the others.

Oka's eyes widened, "...This is..."

In his hands was a sheet of paper with a small drawing attached to it.

A drawing of you when you were younger, with the words "I'll miss you" gently and elegantly written in ink.

Oka sighed and let the sheet of paper drift to the floor,
"...She's already dead. If they're the same person, I have to find another way." He began walking towards the room's exit, so you ran off before he could spot you.

Another way? Another way to do what?
Why was Oka looking for you-No-A void warper?

There wasn't any time to figure out, so you continued on your path to freedom.

Stopping at a corner's edge, you focused to check on Oka's position.

He was blocking the exit.

You thought about going to the courtyard to leave, but then he'd be able to see you from where he was.

Placing your hands on the ground, you decided to try something.

Taking in the floor's characteristics, you formed a wall big enough to cover yourself and run into the courtyard.

You heard Oka's footsteps and leapt upwards onto the roof of a part of the palace around the courtyard.
