The Lake To Forget

Iroh and Zuko were packing their things for when you'd all move to the Upper Ring. You were helping them out, since you had nothing that you couldn't carry on your person.

"So, I was thinking about names for my new tea shop. How about the Jasmine Ɗragon? It's dramatic, poetic, has a nice ring to it." Iroh hummed.

"Uncle, the Avatar is here in Ba Sing Se and he's lost his bison." Zuko said.

"We have a chance for a new life here. If you start stirring up trouble, we could lose all the good things that are happening for us." Iroh stated.

"Then I guess the things you consider good aren't the same for me. I need my destiny." Zuko groused, walking off.

"What that means is up to you." Iroh stroked his beard, "The Tea Weevil! No, that's stupid."

"You should definitely go for the Jasmine Dragon." You said, "I'll have to follow Zuko. There's two people counting on me right now."

You had to save Hua Lin and Appa. If Zuko's plan wasn't a good one, you'd swoop in and rescue them. (The them in question being Appa, Hua Lin, and Zuko himself, considering he was planning to fight the Dai Li alone... Not the brightest idea.)

It was the dead of night. Silence filled the streets of the city and darkness loomed within the alleyways. You could hear nothing but your footsteps and the eerie song of the wind.

Then, put of nowhere, you heard "Out of my way, skinny!" Echoing through the streets.

...

...You continued through the alley, hiding behind walls and focusing to see ahead of yourself.

You were able to see Zuko run into an alley and drag an unconcious agent in front of himself. A different Dai Li member sprinted into the alley and launched a rock glove at the other agent, while Zuko dashed behind him and held a dagger to his throat.

"If you don't want an unfortunate end, you'll do as I say." Zuko threatened.

You found yourself in a dark hallway lit by luminescent pearls which shined an eerie green. Tall rocky pillars were attached to the cobblestone bricks which formed the walls of the underground base. You could hear the constant flowing of the lake above. It was almost... Mind numbing.

You crouched down and checked your left and right before advancing further.
Things were going smoothly, until...

"Who's there!?"

You slid behind a pillar and held your breath, focusing on your surroundings.

One of the agents had heard your footsteps, but couldn't tell what direction they came from. You could try to distract him away from your location, but if you sent him in the direction of your destination, you'd be screwed.

You furrowed your eyebrows and checked the rooms around you. They were mostly empty, except for... The one going north!

You threw a bubble of void into the east hall and it popped with a "SPLAT!"

The agent immediately went in that direction, and you snuck further ahead.

Things were going smoothly, when you sensed the presence of two people in the same hallway as you.

You formed three sharp, rigid stones and sent them up into the rocky ceiling. Water instantly came gushing out the crevices.

You snuck past the agents as they were focused on earthbending the holes shut.
