Chapter 32

I stormed back to my room with Loki hot on my trail.
"Leave me alone." I yelled over my shoulder.
My voice echoed in the hallway, bouncing off the walls as I went into my room and slammed the door shut in his face
"Open the door." Loki ordered from the other side of it.
I rolled my eyes and pulled my hair out of the pony tail letting it fall down my back and flicked the lock on the door knowing he'd hear it.

Lokis POV

Click.
That infuriating woman locked me out!
I willed myself on the other side of the door.
If I hadn't been so pissed the look on her face would have been priceless.
"Jesus! Go away!"
"I don't take orders from you." I growled.
Her blue eyes were icy with anger, they reminded me of the coldness and durability of steel.
I needed to turn this around, appease her if I could.
'I was only joking earlier."
"You're always joking. And I'm sick of it."
"And here I was under the impression that you liked me because of my sense of humor." I said leaning against the bedpost watching her fists ball at her sides.
I'd really pissed her off this time.
"The fact that you think I like you at all is insane."
I opened my mouth to respond but she cut me off.
"I swear to god I'm-"
I shoved off the bedpost, leaning closer making her threat taper off.
"You swear to me?"
I saw her jaw clench and it made me feel powerful to be able to illicit these strong emotions from her.
Her face was beautifully flushed, and her eyes were locked onto mine, she looked like she was about to pounce and rip me to pieces.
I found it exhilarating because she was the type of woman that just might.
"You really think I have some secret burning need for you, don't you?"
I smiled.
As strong a woman as Anna was, she wanted me. It was as clear as her hatred. And I so loved a woman wanted to fuck me as much as she wanted to kill me.

Anna POV

He smiled at me.
That awful toe curling, spine tingling smile.
I growled and reached out gabbing him by both sides of his face and smashed my lips into his, squeezing my eyes shut.
I felt his shock, his whole body had tensed.
It was hard to shock this man, but I had apparently done it.
His surprise didn't last long before he was pulling me into him and taking control of the kiss.
But he wasn't the one that was going to be in control this time, I was.
I licked his bottom lip before capturing it with my teeth, letting them scrape across the soft flesh before kissing him again.
My hands raked through his hair and held his face closer, tilting my own to gain better access to slide my tongue over his dominantly.
I walked him backwards and slammed his back into the large bedpost making a low groan rumble from his mouth into mine. His hands slid up the bodice of my dress painfully slow until his palms grazed over my breasts, his thumbs circling where my pebbled nipples were under the thick fabric.
I hadn't meant to, but I moaned at the sensation and my body flattened into his.
I could feel the rigid lines of his cock against me as I pressed into him and he groaned again when our bodies trapped it between us.
He hands were faster now, he slid up to my shoulders and started to slide my dress down but I wrenched myself away, taking all my willpower do it.
"See." I panted as I wiped my mouth.
"What?" He asked still against the bedpost, his erection straining against his pants.
"Anyone can kiss someone like that. It's doesn't mean anything." I said straightening my hair and taking a few steps back for good measure.
My body wasn't on the same page and it screamed for me to get back over there.
"That was not nothing, you're not that good of an actor."  He growled trying to shove his buldge to a more comfortable position where it wasn't so noticeable.
"Keep telling yourself that."
He eyed me hungrily and the pulse between my legs was unbearable.
"Now get out." I said pointing to the door.
He looked like I'd just slapped him.
I blinked and he was gone.
