Loki's pov
I couldn't help it, my eyes always followed her when she moved. I watched the dress sway into place as she stood up, the bodice hugging her waist tightly letting me see that hourglass frame she'd kept hidden under her midguardian clothes.
Her hair fell in front of her shoulders and she shoved it back before pushing her glasses farther onto her nose.
A tell tale sign she was nervous.
I quickly looked away, watching the roaring fire as she spoke to us telling us she was going to bed.
The door clicked and Thor and I were left alone.
"She is beautiful."
"I suppose." I said shrugging.
"The midguardian women are so full of spirit, when I found my Jane I was so intrigued by her fire and her wit. What is it about your Lady Anna that drew you to her." He asked
"She is not mine." I snapped.
"And yet you kissed her."
"We despise one another." I said taking the goblet on the table and draining it of its contents.
"She does not despise you."
I ignored him and went in search for something to top off my drink.
I had kissed her. Regretfully.
And since then I was torn between wanting to seduce her or stay completely away from her. I supposed I could have both since I'd need to get her to trust me in order for her to agree to freeing me. What faster way to get a woman to trust you than to sleep with them. She'd free me and then I'd be gone and she could go save her precious brother.
Though I assumed she would not be so easy, but I had always liked a challenge.
"Brother?"
I hadn't realized Thor was talking.
"What?" I snapped.
"Do you remember when we were young, and we used to do those silly little games to determine who would be king?"
I distastefully did remember that.
"Yes." I muttered.
"I'm am truly sorry I never let you win."
I looked at my brother, who was not actually related to me.
The golden child.
He had always been loud and full of heart, he was genuine and true.
I envied him and hated him all the same.
"You think I needed you to let me win? Did you ever think I didn't want to play those stupid games in the first place?" I spat standing up.
"Loki!" Thor called after me.
I disappeared, not even sure where I was teleporting to.
When I reappeared I was standing in front of Anna's door.
Gods, I wanted to throw open those doors and go in.
She'd probably be in bed, hair a mess and yell at me to get lost but I'd already be on top of her and she'd falter like she did every time I got to close. She'd melt in my grasp like she'd done when I kissed her. I'd coax more of those little mews of pleasure I got a taste of before and I'd devour them all.
But I had to play the long game here, and that meant waiting until the moment was right and angry fucking her wasn't going to get me what I needed.
"Fuck." I growled and teleported to my own room, stripped my shirt off and got into bed. When I closed my eyes, I saw her blue ones.

Anna's pov
I woke to the sound of something thudding on my balcony. I jolted awake shoved into a sitting position.
I heard a groan and saw a man laying on his back in the middle of my deck.
"Hey, you okay?" I asked rushing to him and kneeling beside him.
I recognized him as one of Thor's friends, I could have sworn his name was Fandral.
He rolled over onto his side and smiled when he saw me.
"Oh hello." He grinned.
I helped him up and looked up searching for where he could have come from.
"How did you even get in here?" I asked eyeing a balcony high above mine.
"Hogun and I had been sparing, the chap knocked me over the balcony." He chuckled.
He gave me a once over and apologized but he seemed to be enjoying the attention.
Fandral was a handsome man with sandy brunette hair and hazel eyes, he was as tall as he was charming.
"It must have been a gift from the gods to land on your balcony, I had actually just been praying for a beautiful woman to fall into my life." He said scratching the facial hair on his chin.
I smirked.
"I'm pretty sure you fell into mine." I reminded him.
"Ah, yes. Very true."
"Fanral! Stop flirting and get back up here!" I heard someone shout from above us.
I looked up to see two men looking down at us, Fandral waved and shouted back at them to hold their horses.
"I appreciate your kindness my lady, but it seems I've got rather impatient friends waiting for me." He took my hand and kissed it swiftly before striding for my door.
"Hey wait! Are you sure your okay?" I asked catching up with him "You fell pretty far."
"Your concern is as lovely as your face, you need not worry. It was a pleasure to fall into your room." He said winking.
"Yea..you to." I laughed as he left.
I smiled a little to myself, what a funny man.
The bathroom marble was cold on my feet as I went to draw a bath and get ready for the day. While the water filled the tub I went to my closet and fingerd through some dresses. Since I would be taking Loki out today for some good old community service I chose something a little different than the gowns I'd been wearing lately. It was a long cream colored dress with embroidered blue flowers danced along the bottom of the sleeves, waist and hemline.
Perfect for a day playing babysitter.
I walked out of my room and pulled my hair into a pony tail with some twine that was on my vanity.
I'd have preferred a more elegant style but my fingers weren't as skilled as the maids and it was still to early for them to come and assist me.
I knocked on Loki's door and waited for him to answer, when there wasn't I knocked again, louder.
I rocked back on my heels and when a whole minute passed by I huffed and opened the door a crack.
Loki was still in bed, I could hear his soft breathing from my position peeking into his room.
"Rise and shine!" I yelled bursting into the room.
He groaned and lifted his head up from his pillow to watch me walk to his balcony doors and pull the curtains away to let the sunlight in.
"Up and at'em!" I grinned turning around with my hands on my hips.
"I didn't order a wake up call." Loki groaned plopping back down into his mattress.
"But you got one anyway."
I walked over to his bedside and ripped the covers off him.
"What could possibly be so important you'd wake me." He said sitting up reluctantly.
The man's shirtless form never seemed to stop surprising me. I found something new to drool over every time I'd been presented with him.
It wasn't fair for a man to look like that, it was plain sinful.
His hair was sleep tousled and brushed his bare shoulders as he stretched slowly. I noticed he had muscle there to, slim but defined muscle nestled between his neck and bend of his shoulder. I had the awful urge to sink my teeth into it.
"Get dressed, I'm taking you to do some good deeds." I said taking one last greedy look and turning around.

Loki's pov
I watched her eyes roamed over me, her pupils dilating slightly
"Get dressed im taking you to do some good deeds." She said turning.
I grinned at her poor attempt to hide appraising me. I returned the favor, inspecting her long blonde pony tail that laid in waves down her back, the urge to wrap it around my fist fairly strong after I'd had to walk away from her room last night.
The dress she had chosen was innocent and sweet and I wanted to mar it with my bad intentions.
The fact that she'd covered herself to this extent just made me want to uncover her to see what I knew was there.
I knew she had sweet perky breasts under that bodice and long legs that I wanted wrapped around my waist.
Patience was key here, I needed to get her to open up her mind to be before I took her body. She'd never release me otherwise.
