When activated, it creates unsettling vibrations that disturb the balance of aura in individuals, causing disorientation, blurred senses, and difficulty in concentration. This semblance is particularly effective in group battles, where the chaotic energy unleashed by Discordant Echo can lead to internal strife among allies and open opportunities for Jeremiah to exploit.

Origin: Jeremiah Otto grew up in atlas, his family were a part of the Barnes Private Militia. He grew up in the time of hidden war. He watched death happen over and over again slowly eating his mind and morals. When he returned home after his families deployment, he was different, he pushed away his loved ones and became bitter. He thought he could trust the people he thought were his best friends, Weiss and William two kids that were heir to their respective families companies but in his mind he was wrong. In, Reality his PTSD had put him in a state of blindness and would do unspeakable things. Things built up after his family and other faunus in their military attacked the Barnes militia and separated from it become the Otto milita led by Jeremiah's father. The Otto milita made another assault this time Jeremiah was forced to be in the Frontlines, his father used him to get the upper hand by trying to get him to convince William to get his father to meet their demands but Willam's father has other plans and during the meeting Jeremiah lost faith in the only people he thought truly cared about him. After a long fight with William, he would get struck in the head and would be thrown of the edge of the floating Kingdom of atlas. He would miraculously survive and would escape through the icy tundra and would eventually meet Allen strand who would give him mercy and recruit him into the arrowheads where he would grow up to be one of his most trusted soldiers.
