"Huh? You... Were friends with her."Katara glanced to the side, "Then why'd she attack you?"
"She probably thinks I abandoned her. I... I also hurt someone she really cares about when I left." You mumbled. "...How come she didn't hate you? Or try to harm you, back in the Fire Nation?" Katara pondered.
"Not everyone from the Fire Nation is a bad person. Some of them... Have just lost their way. Some of them are forced into positions where they have to act a certain way. Some of them have changed for the better. And some of them..."
Katara leaned closer to you, waiting for you to finish your sentence, "And some of them are actually maniacs who you should avoid." You gave her a thumbs up, "Can I sleep, please?"
"Uh... Yeah. Sorry for disturbing you in the middle of the night." She chuckled, rubbing the back of her neck. "It wasn't a disturbance at all. I'm sorry for avoiding this conversation. I... Didn't realize how much I actually needed it." You muttered, half asleep.
"What do you mean?" Katara questioned. "...It means... There's still a chance..."
In the end, you didn't get to finish your sentence, as you fell asleep.

"You realize we're probably walking right into a trap." Sokka huffed. You hopped into Appa, holding the baby in your arms.
"I don't think so. The governor probably wants his son back just as much as we want Bumi." Aang smiled at the little one as it played with your dangling necklace. "It's a new day. I have a good feeling about this."
You all stood in silence, tense. Sokka was prepared to get in a fighting stance, Katara had her hand resting on her pouch of water, Aang was clenching his fists in anticipation, and you were carrying the child in one arm, ready to attack with the other.
A group of three girls walked forward. Mai, Azula, and Ty Lee.
You let out a breath you didn't realize you were holding.
A crane lowered a metal cage, with who you assumed to be King Bumi locked inside. "Hi, everybody!" Bumi laughed. A smile formed on Aang's face.
"You brought my brother?" Mai asked, face devoid of emotion. "He's here." You stepped forward. Azula's eyes widened the slightest bit.
"Ah, long time no see, Y/N. It's a surprise you didn't die out at sea." Azula chuckled, waving at you. "Well, I am from the Water Tribe. It be a shame if I couldn't even survive a tiny storm." You shrugged.
Sokka stared at you and Azula in confusion. "It's a long story." Katara whispered, patting his shoulder.
"I'm sorry, but a thought just occurred to me." Azula turned to Mai. Immediately, you knew she was up to something. "Get ready to fight." You muttered, glancing at the gaang.
"We're trading a two year old for a king. A powerful, earthbending king? It just doesn't seem like a fair trade, does it?" Azula hummed. Mai looked at her little brother for a moment, before turning back to Azula. "You're right. The deal's off."
Azula smirked as Bumi was lifted away. "Whhhoaa! See you all later!" Bumi snorted, amused. "Bumi!" Angry, Aang dashed towards Azula, glider in hand.
Azula directed a row of blue flames at him, but was taken by surprise when Aang leaped through the air at an incredible height. His hat flew off, revealing his airbender tattoos.
"The Avatar and the space bender? My lucky day." A sly grin grew on Azula's face as she chased Aang.
Meanwhile, Mai and Ty Lee ran at you, Sokka and Katara. You all got in a defensive position. "Let's take her down first." Mai muttered, glancing at you. "Y/N! We've got to get the baby out of here!"
"Way ahead of ya'!" Sokka blew on the bison whistle. You focused to try and detect Appa, when you felt something coming from underneath you.
Leaping out of the way, Ty Lee emerged from below the wooden scaffold. "Nice reflexes, Y/N! I've gotta say, you look super great in that outfit!" Ty Lee beamed.
You dodged a few of Mai's knives and Ty Lee's jabs, still holding the baby. "Thanks for the compliment!" You grunted, jumping in the air as Katara's water whip smacked the two girls away. "And thanks for the help!"
Quickly using time as an advantage, you dashed towards Sokka to give him the child, as he was closest to the edge of the platform, where Appa would appear.
Just before you could reach him, you felt jabs all along your body. "Sorry!" Ty Lee exclaimed. Katara formed a waist-high wave of ice for Sokka to glide on as Appa arrived, allowing the baby to be taken to a safer place.
Katara would have to face off against Ty Lee and Mai alone if you didn't do something. You exhaled, remembering your basics.
Void bending comes from the mind and the fingers, not from the wild movements you make.
You lowered your thumb and pinkie. You could feel Lso's power moving through the areas of your body Ty Lee had jabbed.
You formed a lasso of void around Ty Lee's leg, pulled her up to the top of the scaffolding, and tied her onto it.
She gazed at you, bewildered at how to were able to bend, even with her chi blocking.
Lso's power finally reached your legs, allowing you to stand up and fight.
Katara saw what you had done with Ty Lee, and used a water whip to do the same with Mai.
"Sokka!" You exclaimed, pointing into the sky. "And there's Aang!" As Appa landed, you both hopped into the saddle on his back. "We can catch him!" Before you were too far away, you released Ty Lee and Mai.
The three of you stared at each other for a moment, until you were out of sight.
