After hanging out with Bruna and trying to make her cheer up a little, I couldn't sleep.

I decided to go outside where the outdoor sofas are placed. I didn't feel too well and I wanted to sit by myself for a little while.

Not long after I sat down, Luca shows up out of nowhere and takes a seat next to me.

'We don't have to talk. I'm more than fine with just sitting in silence.' he smiled softly.

Kylian's POV:

'What the hell happened?' I asked as I barged into Ney's room.

A few hours ago I recieved a desperate call from him that made me hop on the first plane here, and as I was already in Brazil with some business, it only took me a few hours to get to him.

'I just needed a friend.' he said quietly, his head in his hands.

'Isn't Luca here?' I asked confused, walking up to the edge of the bed and taking a seat next to him.

'I needed my friend, Ky.' he lifted his head up and looked at me. 'I needed you.'

His eyes were glossy and I couldn't understand what was going on.

I knew he cheated, I knew he apologised, but what made him feel like this?

'I cheated on her, I know that. But I apologised, not only to her, but everyone, publicly.' he said. 'I get it.'

'Did she not accept your apology?' I asked confused.

'She did...' he nodded his head quietly. 'I promised her it won't happen again, that we'll work it out.'

'Okay...' I said hesitant. 'Was Irina too harsh on you?' I joked softly.

'That's the thing. I don't think she'll ever look into my direction ever again.'

'Come on, you know her.' I smiled and squeezed his shoulder. 'She loves giving us a beating but... we're her boys.'

'You don't get it.' he said sternly. 'You should've seen the way she looked at me. It was like... it was like she instantly wiped everything of me away.'

'Look...' I started. 'Irina's pregnant. Her emotions are all over the place and...' I shrugged my shoulders. 'And she's putting herself in Bruna's shoes.'

Neymar let out a deep breath and placed his head into his hands once again, mumbling something I couldn't make out.

'Do you know what's the hardest thing I've ever had to do?' he asked me rhetorically. 'Letting her go.' he lifted his head up and stared at the wall in front of us. 'I told her that'll worships the ground she walks on...' he shook his head. 'That I'll try everything in my power to make it right again...' he let out a sigh. 'But I didn't.' he looked at me. 'I didn't.'

A part of me still hated him. A part of me still wanted to punch him because he took her away from me. Because he had no idea how much I could've loved her. How right I could've done it.

He had her, and he just threw her away.

'I know you probably don't want to hear me rumbling about her and how stupid I've been...' he continued. 'But I don't think I've ever apologised to you. I had no right to act the way I did and I had no right to...' he took a small pause.

'You don't have to apologise.'

'But I do.' he nodded his head. 'I fucked up. I've been fucking up and... and I'm so tired.' he chuckled lightly. 'No one knows how hard it's been. I didn't have you, I didn't have Luca... I had no one.'
