The halls are crowded. People bustle around either trying to get to the lunch area or grab things from their lockers.
I'm going to the lunch area. I enter the room and see my friends, Chandler and Sam. I walk over and sit opposite them. There are cliques in our school.
The have their own tables and only hang out together. My group is just me, Sam and Chandler.
Were popular but not really popular, if that makes any sense. "How's it going, Jess?" Sam asks through a mouth full of food.
I make a disgusted sound and laugh. "Good!" Chandler looks at me and Sam continues stuffing his mouth.
"So," starts Chandler. "Wanna come to my place after school?"
