"Amazing reflexes! You must be a demon slayer too. I'm Shinobu Kocho and this is my sister, Kanae. Who are you?" the short girl asked. She had a high, fluttery voice.

"Uh, I'm Y/N Black. These people are..."

"Kyojuro Rengoku!" Kyojuro interrupted.

"Mitsuri Kanroji! Nice to meet you!"

"...Muichiro Tokito..."

"Are you here for training?" Kanae asked. She was a lot taller than Shinobu. Wow, are they really sisters? A shortie and a tall one, Y/N thought.

(I'm sorry, Shinobu simps.)

"Yep! Shall we train together?" Mitsuri replied, clapping her hands. Kanae agreed.

"What kind of breathing do you use?" Y/N heard Mitsuri ask Kanae.

"Oh, I use Flower Breathing, but my sister uses Insect Breathing."

"Woah!! That's so cool!" Y/N heard Mitsuri fangirl (again). She cringed and went over to Shinobu.

"How did you know we were first-years, Y/N chan?" Shinobu asked.

"Mostly by your stature--I actually thought Kanae was a third-year--but the noises you made sounded like you were the same age as us. By the way, what did you call me?"

"Y/N chan--that's like an honorific in Japanese."

"Wow, you're from Japan? Just like Kyojuro and Mitsuri!"

"Yes. Let's start training. What breathing do you use?"

"Sun Breathing."

At first Shinobu didn't believe it. She laughed.

"You're not serious, are you, Y/N chan?"

She stopped when she saw Y/N's face.

"You're serious."

"Yes. And can I call you Shinobu chan?"

"Not until you show me your sword forms."

"Sure! Kyojuro!!!!! Lend me your sword for a bit!!!!" Y/N called.

"Yeah, of course! Catch!" Kyojuro threw the sword towards Y/N, who caught it with ease.

Setting Sun Transformation.

With breakneck speed, Y/N backflipped into the air and unleashed a horizontal slash.

Shinobu almost got a nosebleed.

She's so cute...!!! Shinobu thought.

"Convinced now?" Y/N asked, handing the sword back to Kyojuro.

Shinobu didn't even answer. She rushed over so fast to Y/N that she didn't even have time to dodge.

"SO CUTE!!!!!"

"Shinobu-chan--" Y/N started.

To be honest, Y/N actually changed how Sun Breathing was done. Mostly the sword forms. She was more graceful while doing  the sword forms, and that probably made Shinobu think she was cute.

Shinobu hugging her and pinching her cheeks was one thing. To make it worse, Kyojuro wasn't even trying to help. He was laughing. Muichiro was just staring into space. Again.

Mitsuri and Kanae were laughing in the corner. Y/N sighed, and hugged Shinobu back.

Now Shinobu really did have a nosebleed. She fainted too.

"Wha--Shinobu-chan!!" Y/N cried.

Kanae hurried over.

"Oh. Just cuteness overload, then." Y/N heard her mutter to herself.

"Huh?  What does that mean?" Y/N asked as she scooted closer.

"My sister is usually very feisty, but I suppose this time she found you too cute," Kanae replied while smiling.

"Then...when will she wake up?" Y/N asked, worried.

"Hmm...about...now," Kanae said.

"Huh? Now?"

Shinobu suddenly shot up. Y/N nearly had a heart attack.

Shinobu went back to pinching Y/N cheeks. Y/N groaned.
