From day one she was rejected by the Hashira of the Sengoku Era. Because thus she was born from a Hashira the Moon Hashira Michikatsu Tsugikuni and her other dad was Kibutsuji she was none as a disgrace. A disgrace she was. She wasn't supposed to be born.
