In this Spencer never joined the BAU. Oc or reader is a female who also went to Spencer's old school. She is a year or couple of years older than him. She ends up helping Spencer when he was tied to the goal post. She ends up suspended when she attacked or pranks the kids who tied Spencer up.
She and Spencer become friends. And after years of oc or reader having secret feelings for Spencer she confessed to him and he confessed in return.
They start dating and years later. They start killing but they only kill people who they think deserve it.

After a lot of kills all over the country. Police work out that their crimes are being committed by the same person.
The BAU get called in and that's when they discovered that what the police thought was one person was actually a couple
