It's been a good few minutes since school started, and our homeroom teacher is nowhere in sight. Similarly, neither is Shin.

Yu: Seriously?!
Yu: Are you okay, though?
Yu: Because, damn, you looked
like shit.
Yu: Where did you go?
Shin: im @ junes

Yu: I want to make sure you're okay.
Shin: i'll be gr8 when
i see ur pretty face

Shin: no promises

I quickly put my phone away when I notice our sensei finally arriving.
He quickly apologizes for being late, and sets out his lesson.
"Oh, and, uh... don't forget the Drama club is hosting a play in the gym this Saturday. Tickets are on sale."
Tons of people are still on their phones and aren't listening.
But I am listening. Because I know Yosuke's in it. And I find myself smiling at the thought of him.

"Hey," I practically whisper.
"Hey," he says.
"You know how much the tickets for the play cost?"
He shrugs. "I wouldn't know."
"Hm? Why not?"
"I'm not in it," he says, flatly.
"What?" I scoff. "Of course you are!"
"Nope," he sighs. "They replaced me."
