Ben has succeeded to motivate the students to train & learn magic more seriously. His method is not really the correct thing to be used on kids like them, but it works, so it's fine.

After that training, Ben let them rest to restore their MP for the next lesson. Wendy go with the students to play with them during their rest time. Carla follows her, while Bella stays with Ben.

While they rest, Ben goes to the Headmaster's room to talk with the old man. He has another reason to agree on taking this as a weekly job.

*Knock knock* Ben knock on the door of the Headmaster's room.

"Come in!"-Headmaster

Ben opens the door and enters the room. He sees the Headmaster & Raul inside. Ben knows Raul from the picture that he saw when he took the job.

"You've done a great job, Ben. We've seen your training with the students just now."-Headmaster

"Thanks, I just taught them what I usually do in my training."-Ben

"Little Ben, I have a question for you."-Raul

"What is it?"-Ben

"Why'd you taught them to use their magic immediately rather than telling them the theories behind it? If they don't learn it, they won't understand the principle behind their magic."-Raul

"Did you think they will understand some difficult words that we read from a book?"-Ben

"No."-Bella

"That's your answer."-Be

"Eh?"-Raul

"These kids aren't so bright when it comes to thinking with their head. But it doesn't mean they're stupid, they just need a different method to learn. They learn by doing and watching, not by hearing or reading difficult theories."-Ben

"But magic usually learned from books or notes, so won't they need to be taught with that too?"-Raul

"Book, boring, difficult."-Bella have displeased expression

"You're right, but not now, maybe in the future. They're still learning the basics now, no need to make them do something that they aren't capable of. They won't keep being like this forever, and as a teacher, your priority is to make them understand. What's the use of having a teacher if they can't understand anything?"-Ben

"Useless teacher."-Bella

"!?"-Raul get a realization

"A teacher's job is to help their students learn something they can't learn, not something they can. If they can't understand theories, then it's your job to make them understand. But rather than keep trying to put those theories into their head by talking, show them how to do it!"-Ben

"But other teachers do it like that, and it works for their students. Is it really impossible to use it on these students?"-Raul

"Just because it works on others, doesn't mean it'll work on them. A teacher shouldn't just stick to one method, you need some different methods. Every student is unique, and you need to know how to teach them properly based on that."-Ben

"Hmm, different methods, huh?"-Raul ponder

"Just like how useless it is to teach math to an artist because they don't really need it and are not interested in it, there's no use teaching theories to these students that don't like to hear theories. Children their age like to play, so you need to make it fun for them."-Ben

"So I need to show them that magic is fun and make them motivated to learn it, huh?"-Raul

"Yeah, basically you need to show them that magic is not difficult to learn. But they also need to know that they need to work hard to reach a high level in it."-Ben
