And then it stopped.

"What the fuck happened?!" I screamed whilst running towards my house which was currently burning to the ground.
"I'm so sorry miss!" One of my men spoke.
"Why hasn't anyone stopped it!" I shouted with tears in my eyes.
I grabbed the man by the collar and got close to his face. "Why weren't you paying attention!?" I shouted in his face
"I'm sorry! I fell asleep, i promise it wont happen again"
"I know it wont" i gritted my teeth as i got out my gun and shot him between the eyes.
I turned around and stared at my burning house. Luca walked next to me and touched my shoulder as i let the tears freely fall.
Everything i loved was in that house, pictures, my daughters bedroom was in that house.
But now its gone.
"What do we do now boss?" Luca asked.
"Get Carlos on the phone, he shouldn't have left Mexico yet." I said back and sat down watching my house burn.
After about an hour i heard a car pull up, i told all my men to go home and ill figure something out in the morning.
Carlos got out his car and looked at the house. "Oh my god, what the fuck happened?!" He asked.
"I dont fucking know" my voice came back as a whisper.
"Come on lets get back to my hotel room" he said while looking Down at me.
I shook my head
I didn't want to leave i wanted this all to go away.
He sighed and picked me up bridal style and placed me in his car. He put me in the passengers side and put my seatbelt on.
When he started to drive he placed his hand in mine and gave me a sympathetic smile. I just gave a half smile back as i slowly slipped into a long sleep.
I was woken up by being lifted out of the car.
I slowly opened my eyes to see Carlos looking straight ahead carrying me into the hotel.
He looked down to see that i had woken up and just shushed me and told me to get some rest. We went up the elevator and he walked into his hotel room and lied me on the bed.
I was close to falling asleep before feeling the bed dip, and a pair of strong arms wrapped around my body.
"Goodnight amore" and with those words he kissed my head and i fell into a deep, calming sleep.
