The next morning I got up and got ready for work. I really didn't want to leave Phoebe. This woman seriously has me twisted around her finger. After I was done I made her breakfast to try and make up for last night. I was a jerk.
I kissed her forehead before leaving. Phoebe, mi corazón, please stay home. When I got to school the students were greeting me and saying that they thought something had happened because I didn't come yesterday.

"So why didn't you come to work?" Ava asked.

"I had to take my fianceè to the doctor's." I said.

"You have a finceè?" Ella asked.

"Is she okay?" Terra asked.

The class soon broke out in whispers.

"Guys settle down. Yes I have a finceè and she's perfectly fine." I said.

"Then why did you take her to the doctor?" Ava asked.

"Because it was time for her four month check up." I said.

"Four month check up? Is she pregnant?"

"Yes she is."

The whole class stared congratulating me. They started shouting out questions too.

"Guys hold on I'll answer your questions one at a time." I said smiling. "Juile."

"What is she having?" she asked.

"Twins."

"Are they boys, girls, both?" Arthur asked.

"Boys."

A phone rang throughout the class.

"Who's phone is that?" I asked.

Everyone looked around at each other.

"I think that's your phone Mr. Martino." Joe said.

I looked at my desk and saw the phone ringing. I must've grabbed Phoebe's phone by accident.

"O." I said.

I grabbed it and answered it.

"Hey Braxton." Phoebe said.

"Hi mi corazón." I said.

"Is that her? Tell her we said congratulations." Ava said.

"My students said congrats." I said.

"What?" she asked.

"I told them about you being pregnant."

"O tell them thanks."

"She said thank you." I told them.

"You grabbed the wrong phone this morning." she said.

"Yea I know now."

"What?"

"You're ringtone is embarrassing." I mumbled.

"Come on it is not."

"Is so. Look I have to go I'll call you on break."

"Bye." my class said.

"Bye." she said.

"Bye." I said.

Finally it was time for my break and I could call Phoebe. A text message came through and I smiled. Phoebe couldn't wait for me to call. When I opened up the message my smile fell.

I know you're all alone in that house.

Who the hell is this? Is this person stalking Phoebe? What do they want?

Who is this? ~Phoebe

     I texted.

You're a smart girl I'm sure you've already figured it out. See you soon Phoebe.

Damn it who the hell is this? What did they mean by see you soon? I looked at the phone and saw that this person had sent her more text messages and even called her a couple of times. Why didn't Phoebe tell me about this? How did this person know she was by herself?
The phone rang and my number flashed across the screen.

"Hey I was waiting for you to call." Phoebe said.

"Sorry I got caught up. Phoebe are you okay?" I said.

"I'm fine why?"

"Just asking."

"O yeah thanks for the breakfast again."

"You don't have to thank me it's an apology for last night."

"You didn't have to do that. I was overreacting."

"Yea but I still shouldn't have spoke to you like that."

"How about we just both apologize and let it go."

"Alright. I'm sorry."

"And I'm sorry. We'll talk when you get home because I know you want some of your break alone. Bye."

"Bye."

I hung up. Maybe Steve could keep an eye on her while I'm at work.
