surprise

i walked from class to my locker and smiled at my best friend beside me.

"how was math?" i teased.

"oh, so much fun," she replied, rolling her eyes.

i laughed, "as always." i put my books into my locker, smiling at the pictures of my favourite kpop group, exo, then felt my phone buzz in my pocket. i took it out and grinned when i saw a text from chanyeol, my boyfriend.

good morning, baby! let's skype later, yeah? i miss you :(
i love you, beautiful 💕

i was about to type out a reply when i heard someone squealing behind me. i ignored it, thinking it was probably some girl fangirling over something stupid. i went back to typing but was stopped by my friend.

"(y/n), turn around right now," she whispered. i gave her a weird look but did as she said and suddenly became face-to-chest with someone. i looked up and my jaw dropped when my eyes met those of my boyfriend.

"nice locker," he teased. i ignored his statement though, i was too confused why he was right in front of me.

"chanyeol? what are you doing here?" i asked.

he scoffed, "wow, i fly all the way from korea to canada and the first thing my girlfriend asks me is why i'm here... not a great welcome, babe."

"i'm sorry, i'm just confused," i said. he smiled and stroked my hair.

"i missed you so i convinced the management to let me come and see you. so hug me," he said, holding his arms out.

"but everyone can see us. i thought you didn't want people knowing," i whispered. he waved his hand in dismissal, grinning at me.

"baby, i haven't seen you in 5 months, i don't give a shit who sees us at this point," he said. "now get over here and give your exhausted boyfriend a kiss."

he pulled me into his arms and leant down to kiss me. my resistance melted as soon as i felt his soft lips on mine and my arms wrapped themselves around his neck.

he pulled away from our kisses and smiled at me, running his thumb over my bottom lip. "god, i've missed your lips," he sighed. he pulled me back in and continued kissing me, not letting me escape from his arms.

when i finally managed to pull away, i just smiled at him.

"i love you," i whispered.

"i love you, too, baby," he replied. he backed me into my locker and ran his eyes over my body.

"i've missed you so damn much," he said. i smiled and laced my fingers in his hair.

"i've missed you, too," i said. he smashed his lips on mine again, but with more ferocity than before. i giggled into his lips and pushed myself away.

"we're still in public, yeol. we can do that later," i whispered, kissing the side of his neck.

"i wish you weren't at school," he groaned. "when do you finish?"

"2:15, still a few more hours," i replied. he pouted cutely, making my heart jump. "god, you're so cute."

he smiled at me and nuzzled his face into my shoulder.

"when do you have to go to class?" he asked.

"a few minutes," i said. "you should probably go, we can meet up at my house later."

"okay," he said. he lifted his head up and kissed me one last time before leaving, smiling politely at all the girls watching him. i turned to my group of friends and saw them all staring at me.

"i'll see you guys later," i said. i walked down the hallway, grinning at the thought of seeing chanyeol again after school. it was such an amazing surprise seeing him here, he's the best boyfriend.

so this was a little rushed and isn't super good but i hope you guys like it :)
