Chap 34: don't give up

After walk for 10 minutes, they sat on the sand, facing the sea that reflecting moon light made the view more stunning.

"Are you okay?" ask Aaron for second time. Mio look at Aaron before releasing heavy sigh.

"Honestly, I'm not okay right now. That plan that she damage it was a month of my hard work. How can I not get upset." Said Mio but her voice sound calmer.

"Is that plan really important for you?" ask Aaron, try to find the safest word to use since he doesn't want to make Mio mad again.

"its really important. I need to give that to my client in the 2 days. His company based in Phuket and he already tell me since last year. How am I supposed to say to him?" said Mio throw her sight to the horizon that seemed to be stitched with a silver line.

"Aren't you know that part of it was also your fault?" ask Aaron slowly. Mio turn her head quickly facing Aaron. Then she nodded a little acknowledge her fault.

"I know but I already apologize to her okay. This matter and that matter are two different thing." Said Mio still cant let go of her anger toward Freen.

"But from the story she told us, she didn't do it on purpose" said Aaron again. He just want to know level of Mio's anger toward Freen but from what he observed... he cant make conclusions yet. Hmmm

"Can we stop talking about it? My anger haven't subsided yet right now. Can you just stop mention it?" said Mio and roll her eyes.

"Okay, then what are you plan to do?" Aaron try to change topic, still didn't want to keep himself quiet.

"I..." when Mio just about to answer, she hear a dog barking. Both of them turn around and saw Shiro that walk toward them with a girl in white hoodie holds its leash.

"Unnie, geugeo ara... kkeutnal ttaekkaji kkeutnan ge anira, geulaeseo (its not over until it over)... pogihajima." Said the girl after hand over the leash to Mio. Mio give her a warm smile made Aaron wondering what that girl said that made Mio smile.

"Gomawo. Geundae, nuguseyo?" ask Mio while patting Shiro that keep on licking her face.

"Ouh, I'm just helping an aunty that ask me to pass this dog to you." Reply that girl.

"But why did you said those word?" ask Mio curious.

"Geunyang, unni eolgul-eun munjega issneun saram cheoreom boibnida (Your face look like someone that have problem). And oppa neun, chaebal... make it quick. Geureom naega meonjeo galge. Bye ii" said that girl before go away leave them alone.

Aaron look at Mio with confuse face since he didn't understand what that girl say.

"What she said?" ask Aaron.

"Just some word and she said to you to make it quick. What she meant by that? Do you know her?" ask Mio and Aaron just shake her head. 'that girl sure have sixth sense' said Aaron in his mind.

"So, I think I need to start now in order to finish it before due date" said Mio suddenly and stand up. Shiro also get excited with sudden enthusiastic that Mio show.

"What that you need to do" ask Aaron didn't catch up what Mio try to say.

"The plan, I need to finish it. Hmm, its gonna be tough but I can do it. Its not over until it over" said Mio then start to walk back to Aaron's car to get her thing that she bought on the way back.

"Ouh, good to hear then" said Aaron happy to know Mio in high spirit.

"But, why did Shiro pop out suddenly out of nowhere?" ask Aaron while look at Shiro look like a walking light because of moon light that showered his white fur.

"Shiro already come here earlier then you but he need to have a filming in different place. Just see the upcoming short video and you will understand then.

After take all her things from Aaron's car, she send Shiro to Naoki's room and go to her room. She open the door and saw Freen and Becky lying on the bed but Freen jump out of the bed as soon as she saw Mio enter the room.

Mio go straight to her luggage and pack all necessary thing and take all paper on the table without even bother to look at them. She want to leave the room but stopped when Freen hold her hand.

"Mio.."

"Not now Freen" cut Mio before Freen can finish her sentence. Then she go to her room that she booked. Freen couldn't do anything when Mio cut her word.

"Don't be sad, babe. Maybe she need some time alone?" said Becky and pull Freen into her embrace. Freen just nodded, agree.

While Mio start to look back at the plan, try to trace back the detail that she need and with the help of softcopy in her laptop make it much more easier for her. Just before she about to start her sketching, her mom call her.

"Do you want to excuse yourself from the filming? Or maybe I can extend time for filming until you done with your work" ask Mrs Ayasa and Mio confident that Aaron who inform to her mom about her plan to start do the drawing again.

"Its okay mom, I can manage my time. Just follow the schedule. I don't want to effect others time. They must be busy after this too" said Mio and Mrs Ayasa understand with her daughter request.

So, Mio start to draw the whole night without getting any sleep. She didn't felt that tired because as a student of architecture once, she sometimes didn't sleep for 3 days straight chasing the dateline given by lecturer.

The next day, she gonna have full day filming. At 7 am, she freshen up herself and put on some powder to hide eye bag under her eyes, didn't want her mother to worry about her. After having some light breakfast, she start to do her job.

Situation between her and Freen are really awkward but she act professional and just do her job. If she have a certain pose that she want Freen and Becky do, she will either ask Naoki to say to them or ask the crew ask them to do.

From Freen point of view, she can feel that Mio give her cold treatment toward her. She want to go closer to Mio and ask for forgiveness and Mio will always run from her. Avoid to see or talking to her made she felt really sad.

"Its okay Freen. She still mad at you. Be strong. Its you who made mistake so you need to patiently wait for her to calm down" said Freen to herself. She know that she never like Mio and always hope that Mio can just shut up her mouth from annoying her but when she facing with cold and emotionless Mio, she realize that its better to have that annoying and bright Mio again.

Becky just watch Freen from a distant, notice how Freen's behavior change after the big argument. She never see Freen in this state yet since they never have serious and big arguments. Then when she made eye contact with Freen, she force herself to smile even she didn't felt to just to make Freen a little bit happier.

"Am I jealous?"
