3rd persons POV
Akako's eyes also begin to water as she listen to Hotaru's words.
"I want to know what happened up until now from my only brother before I leave the academy..." Hotaru closes her eyes.
'That's right... Because of all the ruckus caused, Hotaru will be forced to leave the academy and study abroad...' Akako looks to the ground at the reminder.
"Because I am his younger sister..." the twins watch as tears slowly fill her beautiful violet eyes, "I want to meet my brother. I want to meet him for the last time, at least.."
Akako's heart breaks at the sight of Hotaru and her Nee-Chan hugging as tears roll down their cheeks. They hug for a moment before Hotaru looks up and locks eyes with the blonde. She motions for Akako to come over as well and the younger Sakura grips on to her tightly. Allowing Mikan to hold on to Hotaru more because they are closer to one another. No matter how much Akako has bonded with Hotaru, she knew that their connection will never amount to that of Hotaru's and Mikan's.
With a final squeeze, Akako parts from the embrace, allowing Mikan to have Hotaru to herself. This, after all, will be the last time the best friends may ever see each other.
Hotaru gives Mikan a parting kiss, showing her love for her best friend.
Hotaru stares into Mikan's eyes, "Go now. There's not much time..." The ravenette softly shoves Mikan away, causing the brunette to land in Akako's arms that have reached out to catch her.
The group gathers around and Akako begin to activate the Alice of teleportation, slowing it down once she realizes that Hotaru is still speaking to Mikan. There's no way she could possibly deny them any of the moments they have left with one another.
"I love you, Mikan. For sure, more than you think I do... for all this time..." Hotaru assures Mikan, staring into her big warm eyes. Memories of Mikan and Akako soft through Hotaru's mind like a home movie. All the times either of them would laugh, cry, become angry... she would surely always long for the two bright girls, "Thank you, Akako." Hotaru's eyes then travel to the younger twin who was resisting the urge to cry because she knew this was far worse for her sister. "Thank you for always making Mikan and I happy..."
Hotaru stares at the girls as they continue to faze away, "Smile... Mikan.. Akako.."
Your smiling faces have been burnt into my memory... No matter how long it takes or how far apart we are, I will remember that light that changed my heart... and always have me so much strength.
Akako closes her eyes in heartbreak as her Alice takes everyone away. Mikan, though, had seen Hotaru's mouth moving, indicating that the intelligent girl had spoke. "Hotaru..! What was it that you said?! I can't hear you!" Mikan calls out, desperate to hear her best friends voice one last time.
"Stay safe..! And meet your mother at all costs!" Hotaru raises her voice, hoping that the twins would be able to catch her fair well.
Whatever happens, you two... smile.....
And with that, Hotaru's best friends vanish from her sight. A sorrow and certain emptiness begins to form a hole in her heart, though Hotaru's eyes travel to her big brother.
Jinno frowns at the girl, informing her of how many students are being controlled by the soul sucking Alice and how fighting them would only worsen her predicament. The news didn't faze Hotaru. This was the reason why she had agreed to attend the academy, after all. To finally officially meet her older brother.

Akako's POV
I watch as my older sister breaks into tears, my own slowly forming. I blink as fast as I can to stop them from spilling down my cheeks as my nose lights aflame from the need to cry. I feel as though I have no right to cry or feel as bad as Mikan-nee because she has always been closer to Hotaru than I. That doesn't make this situation hurt any less.
Mikan holds her hands to her heart as it breaks and for once, I don't comfort my sister. She needs to be able to cry. If she doesn't allow her emotions to run free, they would become holed up and build inside of her until she broke. Mikan-nee needed this moment and I would surely not deprive her of it.
"I'm sorry everyone... because I always cry." I watch as my sister attempts to wipe her tears. I fall to my knees in front of her and wipe her tears with my own hands. "With these tears I shed... I will definitely become stronger." She declares. "For my mother... for all of you so that you don't experience something like this ever again... I want to protect all of you!" She shouts.
My heart aches and a cough makes its way to my throat. I cover it very quickly and turn my body from my older sister but my actions cause her eyes travel up to my own, "I will protect you, Akako. I want to be the big sister you deserve..." I see determination and absolute heartbreak within my sisters eyes but all I can manage is to shake my head.
"No. No, Mikan. Because you're all I could ever ask for."
Hotaru's words echo through Mikan's heart, memories of their smiles clouding her mind.
"Always smile, Mikan."

Yuka stares out through the window, her heart racing once she sees the sky. Flashes of her daughters appearing in her mind, 'Mikan.. Akako.. I can see you soon!'
She looks down at the sleeping Narumi, recalling his confession and his want for him and Yuka to live together with the twins. After his confession, Narumi was finally able to kiss the woman who he's lived his whole life.
To Yuka's guilt, she had given Narumi a sleeping pill, not wanting to drag him into any more trouble than she has already caused him.
Yuka statures at the unconscious man, sad that she could never recuperate his feelings. With a final kiss to his forehead, Yuka quickly leaves Narumi in he room and leaves for the warp hole. She races as quick as she can, wanting nothing more than to finally hold her daughters in her arms. As soon as they are safe in her arms would she be happy.
The woman recalls what the principal had informed her and pushes her legs even faster, wanting to save her youngest as soon as possible. Because lord knows what she would do if Yuka were to lose the life of Akako. A life that her and Sensei had created. There was no greater pain than a mother losing a child, a being that she carried inside of her for nine months even though at that time she had no idea that Akako existed.
Little does Yuka know that a woman is also making her way towards the key hold, wanting to finally capture Yuka whom she has despised for years.
Luna was going to capture Yuka.
Off on the sidewalk, Jinno, Sakurano, and Hotaru continue to fight off the Fuukitai but their efforts are in vain as Subaru kept healing the wounded. Sakurano stares at Subaru, saddened by what has happened to the boy who has been by his side since childhood. They had been together since everything with Yuka and Sensei had occurred.
The two boys, scared for their safety and the safety of their families, formed a pact. Because of threatening from the Elementary, the boys were forced to keep quiet about their beliefs and their special memories of Yuka and Sensei. As they had grown older, they had learned that not everyone agrees with the ways of the ESP and had formed alliances with the middle school and high school.
Right now, Sakurano stares at the sight of a slightly injured Hotaru while Subaru stands on the opposite end. Memories of young Subaru begging Sakurano to warn his family of the academy targeting his younger sisters ills his mind. All this time, Subaru was forced to act as though he had no interests in his family so that the school would not see that as his weakness and target that.
Everyone continues fighting, panting after having used so much energy. Hotaru kneels quickly, holding onto her head that is now bleeding due to an injury caused by the Fuukitai, even the older Imai seems worn out from using his Alice, though he could just use his power to heal himself and keep on going.
Jinno hits the Fuukitai with a blast of lightning, also striking Subaru. Seeing her brother in pain and cal to the ground, Hotaru runs towards him, wanting nothing more than to help her brother.
The two allies call out for the girl, Jinno warning her, "He's being manipulated! He won't know your feelings!"
Subaru reaches out, taking his younger sisters hand into his own. His other hand slowly reaches up towards her face as Hotaru ignores the calls of her teacher and senpai. Freezing, Hotaru stares at her older brother as he heals the wound on her head.
"Run... Hotaru..." Subaru forces himself to grunt the words out, the effects of the Soul Sucking Alice wearing off.
Everyone around them stares in shock, the Fuukitai shaking off the surprise before charging towards the siblings. Sakurano and Jinno fight the Fuukitai, keeping them from more aching both Imais. Hotaru looks down at her brother, the the mark on his neck seeming to glow as he fights the Alice is Soul Sucking. He continues to heal every injury that's was inflicted on his younger sister.
"B-brother!" Hotaru exclaims, "That's enough, don't worry about healing me...! If you don't stop, you will be destroyed!" Hotaru warns her brother who uses all of his might to fight against the powerful alice. "Stop brother..." Hotaru cries, "Stop brother!" Hotaru shouts desperately.
But he doesn't. Subaru continues to heal and fight, regretting all of his past actions towards his little sister. 'This time, I'll protect the most important thing!' Imai says to himself, '... pretending she was nothing... brothers and sisters don't do that!'
Some of the Fuukitai manage to get past Sakurano and Jinno, running for the older Imai. "You betrayer!" He shouts, causing Hotaru to look up in worry and panic.
Before the man am reach them, he's swept away by a gust of wind alongside others. Evil spirits appear and begin to torment and terrify others, ice covering the ground and making them stumble and slip about.
"We made it...!" Hayate cheers, grinning over at Hotaru. Yōichi also looks at his Onee-chan and is relieved when he sees her. "Imai-San!" Benjiro slightly smiles at the sight of the girl but frowns when he doesn't see the twins.
"Haku-san!" Jinno shouts, shocked to see the boy once again.
Hayate continues to brag and continues to show off his Alice for 'Cool Blue Sky'. "Hey, are you old people okay? Don't just stand there, let's finish this!" He cheers, sweeping the enemy away once again.
Benjiro glares at the older student, "Take this seriously, would ya?" The white haired boy then turns towards the others, "We came as fast as we could." He informs the group.
Hotaru stares at the boy in astonishment, "Haku Benjiro-kun..." she mutters, seeing the boy who seemed to have matured in his absence.
Hotaru then notices something forming in her fist, looking down at the object that appeared in her hand. There, sits a stone that shone brightly. Hotaru's eyes grow bigger as she recalls the stones that were most suitable for each person.
'The stone that went into my body... is the Alice stone of Mikan and Akako's mother... Alice of theft.."
Hotaru's eyes close in relief. It was as though fate knew that she would need that power, the power to save her brother.
The mark on Subaru's neck disappears and he seems to wake up from a trance, "Hotaru..." his hand gently cups his sisters cheek, "Why are you crying....?"
Hotaru cracks a gentle smile as she recalls Mikan staring at her own Alice stone.
"I wonder if my Alice will be good for anything..." Mikan had pondered, staring down at her orange hand in curiosity.
'Mikan.. your Alice is the most wonderful Alice of all... thank you.'
Subaru continues to stare at his little sister as she whispers, "It's a secret..."
The others smile at the scene occurring, the love of the siblings truly touching their hearts.

As the words escape Tono's mouth, everyone freezes. Akako's mouth opens and closes for a moment before she finally finds the strength to speak. "All of us... move separately from here..?" Her azure eyes rapidly blink as she tries to comprehend the idea. "W-why?"
Mikan shakes her head, "No way..." she mumbles, staring at her senpai in disbelief.
"It can't be helped, there's little time left until the moonlight hits the keyhole." Tono begins, "If we all head towards the high school, the amount of people within the kekkai would burden Ruka-pyon."
Ruka shakes his head and tries to protest but Tono cuts the boy off, "If Ruka-pyon is weakened, they will detect where we are in no time. We'd have to keep fighting and we'd never get to the high school."
Akako steps forward, desperation evident on her face. "What if I were to use the healing Alice on him?"
Tono shakes his head at the girls suggestion, "That might help for some time but you know better than any of us, Akako, what a foreign Alice can do to someone's body." His words are clipped, the senior not wanting to argue on the decision.
His words and the tone which he said them in cause Akako to take a step back, knowing all too well how draining it could be.
"It would only help him feel better for a short amount of time but the Alice would still be weakening Ruka-pyon." Tono says, "Ruka-pyon, if it's just you and the twins, the kekkai should be strong enough for the three of you to make it to the high school. Tsubasa, Natsume and I will break off from you here to protect you and stop the enemy."
Akako's eyes enlarge and her gaze immediately travels to Natsume. His seem to grow large as well and his eyes dart to all three of his friends whom he loves dearly. The thought of sending them off without himself to watch over and protect them... it made him itch inside. He's always watched over Akako and Ruka, for as long as he can remember. And ever since Mikan had arrived to the academy, he's done his best to keep her safe as well.
Tono walks up to the blond boy, staring into his blue eyes, "Ruka-pyon, take care of Mikan and Akako. Only you can protect them."
"No!"
Everyone looks over to Akako, panic clearly covering every inch of her body. "No, I can help us fight! We can all teleport there! Why must we-!" Suddenly, her legs give out beneath her and Akako falls to the ground as searing hot swords slice through her chest.
"Akako!" Natsume shouts, running to her side alongside Mikan and Ruka. Akako's face scrunches as an agonizing pain pierced through her entire being. Mikan holds her sister in her arms, terrified of the condition of Akako. The other four boys cast concerned glances towards one another as the blonde tries to gather her bearings.
"Akako, you are no longer in any condition to help us." Tono shakes his head, sad at the sight of the girl. "Please understand, it's just that the time to say goodbye us come sooner." The boy begs the twins to understand, "Don't worry. We'll defeat the enemies and make sure that we open the oath to the door for you."
Mikan stares at all of her friends, grief showing in her face as she comes to the realization. 'I won't..be able to see them...'
Tono walks up to the girls, their depressed expressions causing him great heartache. "Don't look like that... all of this is to see your mother, isn't it?"
Before any of them can say anything more, the enemy come into view and cause everyone to get in their toes. "Go, you three!" Tono orders and faces the Fuukitai. "Ruka-pyon, protect the twins with the barrier to the best of your ability! Be sure to survive and make it out of the school with Yuka!" Tono yells at the girls, not noticing the other me sneaking up next to him until the last minute. Within an instance, lightning surrounds his body and attacks many men surrounding him.
The others look at him in surprise, "The Alice of lightning!" Tsubasa exclaims when he sees the flash from Tono.
Ruka hastily pulls Mikan to her feet and the two drag Akako up with them, beginning to run. Their eyes all keep on their friends, unable to ignore the nagging worry that they felt.
Natsume turns as well, locking eyes with Akako. The utter despair and longing in his eyes reaching out for her, makes tears form in her eyes. Akako wanted nothing more in that moment than to stay by Natsume's side.
Mikan is hit with a wave of emotions, eyes widening when she feels such heartbreak. 'The Alice of Telepathy..!' She looks at Natsume and her sister whose eyes don't leave the others.
'These feelings... so raw and sorrowful.. the other emotion was so strong, flaming and powerful... these are cries. These are their emotions...'
Akako, no longer able to withstand the excruciating pain that was brimming her heart, begins to sob. "I love you..."
Tsubasa and Tono shout for the three to quickly run but Mikan and Ruka hold on tight to Akako who continues to stare into Natsume's eyes as tears stream down her face from her woeful blue eyes.
Knowing that they had to leave, Mikan reluctantly begins the process of teleporting. She holds in tightly to Ruka and Akako as the girl lets out one last cry to Natsume.
"I love you... so much!!"
