Jumin's POV
As Jaemin and I went back home, we were talking about Mia and everything we need to do to take care of her, and just preparing what to say to everyone when they get home.

Once we got home, Mia was asleep in my lap. "Look at her." I held Jaemin's arm gently and smiled.
"She's adorable." He smiled. "If anybody doesn't like her living with us then they can suc-" I cut him off.
"Okayyy!" I raised my voice knowing where he was going with that. He smiled and laughed slightly as I said that.
"I'm gonna open the front door and make sure there's nothing she can wreck while she meets Pip." Jaemin got out of his car and grabbed his keys.
I unbuckled and gently woke her up. "Mia." I smiled while picking her up. I have a puppy!
She woke up and looked around. I got out of the car and shut the door behind me. I put her down on the grass so she could go to the bathroom. She went almost immediately, and afterwards she went running to me.
I kneeled down and she ran her head right into my knee. I couldn't help but laugh. "Are you okay?" I picked her up and she started kissing my face.
"You're good to bring her in." I hear Jaemin say from the front door.
"Okay." I held her in my arms and prepared to see how Mia and Pip would react.
I walked to the door and Jaemin shut the door behind me. Mia looked around and when she saw Pip on the floor she jumped, really dramatically. Her eyes didn't leave Pip.
Pip looked confused. He started rubbing against my legs and kept looking up at Mia.
I looked over at Jaemin to see what we should do. "Should I just walk to the living room so they can meet but have space?"
"Sure." He grabbed Pip and carried him to the living room while I brought Mia.
I put Mia down, and Jaemin put Pip down.
They looked at each other for a bit and just slowly moved closer to each other, smelling the air.
Once they finally reached each other, they smelled each other, but were cautions.
Mia seemed to be a little scared of Pip, Pip seemed to like her, thankfully. Mia's tail was wagging, but she seemed a little nervous too.
They're the same size, it's really cute.
Suddenly Mia laid on her front legs, and kept her butt in the air. She moved around like that for a little bit. She wants to play.
Pip moved back startled, and slowly pawed Mia's face.
Watching them interact was so cute and funny. I laughed a little bit, so did Jaemin.
Mia barked and Pip ran behind Jaemin, since he was closer.
Mia stood back up and she looked confused. She turned around and saw me, then she ran to me and started licking my face again.
Pip slowly walked over to me and started sniffing her as she was licking my face. I started petting the both of them. Mia felt Pip's nose against her, and she turned around, really suddenly.
Pip was startled but didn't move back much. They sniffed each other more. Their noses were right next to each other. Before I know it I see Pip lick her nose.
Jaemin and I started cheering immediately. Mia licked Pip's nose back and I couldn't help but tear up. My dream dog, and the best cat ever, are getting along, and they're both mine!
Between the happiness of just having Mia, Mia and Pip getting along, and just the cuteness, I couldn't just not tear up.
Jaemin saw me and he started smiling. "Happy?" He came closer to me and wrapped his arm around my shoulder.
"Mhm." I nodded and wiped the tear away from my eye.
They continued to get used to each other and even play for a while.

Jaemin and I just watched them interact, took videos, and just hung out until everyone got home.
"Everyone should be back soon." I said checking the time.
"Okay." Jaemin smiled. "How should we show her to them?"
I think for a moment. "We could just sit in here. She's tired so if we sit on the couch with her, she might fall asleep." I looked at both Mia and Pip getting tired, but still playing with each other.
"Yea we could do that." Jaemin stood up.
I stood up with him and grabbed Mia. "You want to see what Pip does?" I walked over to the couch.
"Sure."
I sat down, Jaemin sat next to me, and I put Mia in between us. She laid down and just watched what Pip did.
Pip saw us take her, so he followed us to he couch and jumped up. He laid on Jaemin's lap, since Mia was more on my lap that Jaemin's.
"They're already best friends." Jaemin smiled as he pet Pip.
"Thankfully" I looked at all of them.
I hear the front door open and I can't help but get exited. I look at Jaemin and he just smiles.
"You ready?" He looks at me and pets Mia.
I nod my head.
"Where are you guys?!" I hear Haechan yell. "Are we safe to come in?"
"Yea, all three of you come to the living room together!" I yell so they can hear me.
"Okay?" He shouts back.
A couple seconds later they walk into the living room and don't notice Mia right away.
"Wha-" Jeno sees her and his jaw drops.
"What?" Yunnie and Haechan look at him then back at Jaemin and I. They see Mia and their jaws drop too.
"W-What?" Jeno walks towards us. Mia sees them and jumps up to see them.
"Awww!" Yunnie kneels down to pet her.
She sniffs all of them and they all kneel down to see her. Pip follows her and Haechan pets him. Jeno and Yunnie pet Mia.
"Why? When?" Haechan looks at us happy, but confused.
"Today, I surprised Jumin with her dream dog." Jaemin looks at Yunnie. She looks at Jaemin confused, then looks at Mia, then looks at Jaemin with a huge smile on her face.
"You did!" She screams and runs to him.
Jaemin and I stand up and Yunnie hugs him. "Damn. You really listen don't you?" She looks over at Mia and goes back over to them.
"When it comes to Jumin, Yea." Jaemin and I walk over to them.
Everyone moves to the center of the living room to have more room. We sit in a circle-ish shape. Mia and Pip get another burst of energy and start playing again. Mia goes from everyone, to Pip, to everyone, and just goes everywhere. Pip follows her every movement.
"So wait, she's yours Jumin? She's staying here?" Jeno looks over at me still confused.
I nod my head and smile. "I hope everyone is okay with that."
"Yea I'd love to have a dog around here too." Yunnie smiles as Mia kisses her chin.
"Yea, I'd love to have an animal that actually does things." Haechan jokes.
"Hey! Pip does things if you play with him and give him attention!" I smile and laugh.
"It's true Haechan." Jaemin backs me up.
"Okay okay. Sure." Haechan smiles. "He barley even knows I exist so whatever."
I roll my eyes smiling, and watch Mia.

We all continue to play with Mia and Pip for a little while.

I check the time on my phone and see that it's 4:30.
"Hey Jaemin?" I look over at him.
"Yea?" He looks at me and smiles.
"We should probably get some food and stuff for Mia."
"Oh true." He stands up then helps me up. "We'll take her with us."
Everyone boo's Jaemin. Jaemin and I just laugh and I pick Mia up.
"You guys are free to come along if you want." I offer.
They all shake their heads. Okay then.
"Okay, well we'll be back soon." I turn and put my shoes on with one hand while holding Mia with the other.

Jaemin and I get to the pet store and we bring Mia in with us.
"Oh shoot!" I whisper to Jaemin and go behind a aisle so no worker and see us.
"What?" He whispers back.
"We don't have a leash for her. We need her to be on a leash in order to keep her in here."
"Here, go back out with her, I'll get her a leash. What color?" He smiles.
I look down and Mia. "She looks like a yellow kind of girl." I look back up at Jaemin and smile.
"Okay." He smiles and looks around the aisle. "You're good to go, they're busy."
"Okay." I walk around him and walk out the door quickly.
I wait outside and hold Mia. After a bit, Jaemin comes out with a yellow leash and a yellow collar.
"Here ya go." He takes them out of the bag and puts the collar on Mia.
I set her down and put her on the leash before she can do anything else.
"Okay. Thank you." I smile as Mia pulls me towards the door.
We walk in and Mia goes straight to the toys.
She sniffs them and just looks at them.
I hear Jaemin squeeze a toy behind me and it squeaks. Mia turns around and starts freaking out. Jaemin laughs and so do I.
"I guess she likes this one." He smiles.
I nod my head and pet Mia to calm her down.
"Well let's get her that one for sure." I continue to laugh a little bit.
"How much do you think you we should get her?" Jaemin asks me.
"I don't know." I stand back up and shrug. "I mean, probably quite a bit because then she for sure won't be bored." I look at all the toys.
"True. Well let's pick her up and let her chose." He picks her up and brings her closer to the toys.
She starts sniffing all the toys and pawing and a few of them. Every toy she paws, I grab it.
Once Jaemin puts her down I realize that there's quite a few toys.
"Wow, that's a lot." I kneel down and start to count them. "There's 12." I look up at Jaemin.
"I mean," He starts and looks at the prices. "They aren't much, so I think it's okay." He grabs a basket to put the toys in, and takes Mia with him, since he has the leash.
He kneels down and helps me put them in the basket. After every toy we throw in, Mia tries to bite it but we block her from doing so.
I stand up with the basket and think about what else we need.
"Okay, we need food, treats, bowls, a bed...and I think that's it?"
"We should get a crate, it's probably best if we get her trained on that, and some grooming stuff." Jaemin looks at me.
"Okay, lets go get her bowls first." I turn around and walk to the bowls.
I see a cute yellow bowl that seems to be a good size for her, I grab that and grab a metal one for her water. I put them in the basket.
"Should we get her yellow treats too, and a yellow bed?" Jaemin jokes and grabs the basket from me. He hands me Mia's leash. "You can hold the leash, I'll take the heavy stuff."
I smile and walk over to the treats. "What do you think is best?" I look at he treats.
"Whatever you want."
I look a little longer and grab some bones, and some of those breath treats.
I hand them to Jaemin and he puts them in the basket.
"The bed now?" He adjusts the basket on his arm. It looks heavy.
"Let's get a cart, that looks heavy, plus we have quite a bit more to get." I take Mia with me to get a cart.
I push the cart over to Jaemin and we start moving things from the basket to the cart.
He puts the basket back and takes the cart. I continue to hold Mia's leash.
We walk over to where the beds are and we look at all the choices.
"Oh look!" He points to a bed. "It's yellow!"
I look at it. It is cute. It's a round bed, that would be big for her now, but she'll grow into it. It's round and soft. I pick it up and show it to Mia. She seems to like it.
I look back at Jaemin and smile as I put it into the cart. He just shakes his head and laughs softly.
"Okay. The crates are right there." Jaemin points down the aisle.
I nod my head and start walking. "You're supposed to have one that is just their size, not too small or too big, but they're expensive, it won't be the end of the world if we just get one that will work for her when she's older, will it?"
Jaemin shakes his head. "I don't think it's gonna matter, really."
"Okay." I look back at the crates and find one that looks good.
"That one has a yellow floor." Jaemin laughs as he points to a white crate with a yellow floor.
I look at it and smile. "It's cute." I grab it and put it in the cart.
"Now, lets get her food." Jaemin looks around and tries to find the food.
I look with him. "Over there." I point to where the food is and start walking with Mia.
There's a lot of different choices. There's ones for puppies, one for adults, one for puppies with this, that, and everything.
I look at the backs of the puppy food and read what they're good for. I find one that's healthy, and is pretty inexpensive.
"You think this ones good?" I bring it over to Jaemin.
He looks at it for a bit. "I think so. It's a yellow bag too." He smiles.
"Okay." I put it in the cart. "Now grooming stuff, and that's it right?" I look over at Jaemin.
He nods his head. "It's all over there." He starts walking and uses his head to show where it all is.
We get her nail clippers, shampoo, a brush, and a few towels just for her.

We get back to the checkout area and wait for the cashier to ring everything up.
Jaemin and I talk to the cashier, just small talk, and Mia sniffs anywhere she can go with the leash.
"Alright, your total is $213.53." The cashier says as he puts the last thing in a bag.
My eyes widen and I look at Jaemin. He pulls out his wallet and starts to take money. I quickly take mine out too, there's no way he's paying for all that.
"No, it's fine Jumin." He pushes my wallet down.
"Let me pay half." I beg.
"Pay 50 and you're good." He looks me in my eyes.
I sigh and take out $75. Jaemin pays for the rest and seems happy to do so.

I've been listening to Queen lately (bohemian rhapsody was such a good movie if you haven't seen it). Also Adam Lambert they've been like my main music choices other than kpop. PluS the both of them are going on tour where I live together, and my best friends mom got us tickets to see them!!! And funny enough, it's on my birthday too! I'm really exited lmao.
