"whoa, what the hell is that?!"
nobara calls, pointing somewhere. following her gaze, megumi, yuji and gojo expected to see an ugly curse, but were surprisingly met with something else.
"huh?" yuji asks, and starts to walk a little bit closer to what they all saw. its dark outside, so its a little hard to see, but yuji, nobara and gojo all go hide behind a tree, a little closer to the scene. megumi isnt hiding behind a tree, hes just walking much more cautiously.
confused, they try to get as close as they can to see, but not too close to be recognized, scared of spooking them away.
"its... nanami" nobara finally says, her eyes squinted as she tries to see who hes with.
"and whos the little person?" yuji asks.
in the distance, in the park, they can see nanami, and hes holding the hand of a kid, whos walking on the railing of stones, balancing itself with nanamis hand.
"its a kid yuji" nobara rolls her eyes at her friend.
"a kid? whats he doing with a kid?" yuji asks back, trying to understand whos the kid with nanami.
"i dont know..." gojo says in a whisper, deep in thought.
its 3 am, and they are seeing nanami holding the hand of a kid, taking a stroll through the park.
"lets go ask!" yuji smiles, already dashing out from behind the tree and ready to run over to the blond, almost yelling "na!-"
but hes stopped by megumi jumping up on him, shutting his mouth and quickly hiding behind the tree.
"shut up!" megumi says harshly, "they obviously dont want to be seen!" megumi lectures, glaring daggers at yuji, and then up at gojo and nobara, both confused.
"if nanami wanted to be seen with the kid, he wouldnt be taking them out at 3am, right? and be wouldve told, at least you, gojo" megumi rolls his eyes, making his point.
"youre right..." nobara sighs, scratching her head, "but its just weird..." she sighs, turning around to look again, as the kid and nanami come to the edge of the railing, and nanami turns, outstreching his arms, as the kid jumps and he catchs them, spinning the kid in the air.
"oh my god..." "did you hear that?!" "nanami just... laughed..."

the next morning, when nanami comes in to jujutsu tech to teach the students, it takes all of gojos might not to jump up and immediatly interigate him about what he saw, because hes still aware of the restraining order nanami thretened him with.
"nanamin!" yuji yells, just as the blond enters the classroom. "good morning" nanami greets politly, putting his bag on the table.
"how was your night, nanamin?" yuji asks, excited, squirming around in his seat.
"i slept great, thank you for asking" nanami says, nodding politely.
it will be a little harder to realise whos the kid with nanami last night. hes so composed, doesnt even look like they asked something out of place.
"whatd you do last night nanami?" nobara asks, leaning against her desk. "well" nanami, says, sitting down in his chair and opening his bag, rummeging through it, "as i said, i slept" he says, pulling out a few papers.
"now, i have something id like to teach you" he says, and turns around, sticking to the board a map of the world.

"hey panda..." nobara wonders, dragging a stick through the ground. "yes?" he asks, moving a solider on the chess board, playing a game against inumaki, maki sitting beside them, sharpening her blade.
"have you ever seen nanami out of here?" she asks. "sure. we've seen him out a lot" he answers, looking at the ginger girl.
"is he ever with someone?" she asks, looking at him through the corner of her eye, "like... a kid?" she asks.
"a kid? i dont think i have ever seen nanami in the presence of a child except you and yuji. and maybe gojo" he answers.
with a smack to the back of his head, nobara leaves.

and now, against all of megumis lecturing, yuji and nobara are waiting near the gates of jujutsu tech, knowing that no matter what, nanami is clocking out by six, and it will take something crazy to make him hang around longer.
luckily, expectadly, at 6:03 they see nanami walking over to the gates, hand in bag, saying his goodbyes to gojo (trying to get him off his arm).
"have a good evening nanami!" yuji calls, waiving at nanami just as he walks past the gate, "you too" he calls back, nodding to his 2 students who are for some reason are hanging out by the gates.
they wait a few minutes until nanami goes round the corner, and in a quick second, the both of them are running down the street, following after nanami.
they wait behind the wall, watching were nanami is going, trying to keep their distance from him.
"put it on already!" "well wait a second!" nobara calls, trying to get her hair neatly into the hoodie she took from yuji, trying to concel herself as they stalk down nanami.
pulling on his hood, with their heads down, yuji and nobara follow around town after the ex-bussines man.
they ae trying to keep their distance, but also following him, because when they hit the downtown, its a little hard to keep their eyes on him, since there are just so many people around.
"here he is!" nobara calls, pulling at yujis arm and pointing to some shop. its a sweets shop.
"is he shopping for gojo?" yuji asks, raising a confused eyebrow. "i doubt it!" nobara calls, and starts pushing away people as she runs over to the shop, and look from the glass inside at nanami, pointing to a small personal cake, decorated with whipped cream and strawberries.
"youd think he doesnt like sweets, would you..." nobara mummbles, watching very curiously as nanami pays for the desert and takes the box, going towards the exit.
they lower their faces and wait for him to continue before they follow after him again, and at some point, they finally get out of the city, and outside from the whole crowd of people.
its becoming slowly darker now, and there are not a lot of people around, but as they continue walking, they find themselves in a more... rich neighberhood.
expensive sport cars are parked outside, beautiful side walk, beatifully trimmed trees and bushs, and the buildings look so beautiful and tall.
definatly fit for nanami.
they follow after him, until he gets to one of the buildings and opens the door. they wait for the door to shut close before they run up to it, and try pulling it open.
"its locked..." yuji sighs, as nobara looks down to find a small finger reader.
"its has a fingerprint lock..." she says, putting her thumb to the lock, but it flashs red and beeps twice, denying entry.
"so what, is that it?"

nanamis stands in the elevator, sighing deeply. hes so tired, he cant wait to get home. he loves coming home after a long day.
when the elevator gets to the top floor, nanami exits and looks at the door of his panthouse, already smiling.
he knocks, and in half a second, he hears the locks are starting to turn and open.
you always loved to open the door for him, for some reason, you loved meeting him at the door.
the door opens, and nanami smikes widely, as hes attacked by his 6 year old jumping and wrapping her arm around him, squealing.
it was like this every day he returned from work. no matter what, every time you, his lovely daughter, is at the door ready to welcome him.
"hello darling" he chuckles, entering the house and closing the door behind him, finally putting you down and kissing your head.
"hey dad!" you smile widely, taking his work bag from him and throwing it towards the living room, and quickly following after him to the kitchen.
"did you have a good day?" he asks, putting 'something' in the fridge. "yes! i finished the ducky book dad" you smile, all wiggling and jumpy.
nanami would never send you to school, or kindergarden, so of course, he taught you himself. he taught you how to read, and hes already, only recently, started teaching you to write. you wont go to any school, except for jujutsu tech, when you are at age.
"very well done" he smiles, picking you up and bouncing you on his hip. "did you have a good day?" you ask back, flinging your arm around his neck.
"it was alright. tiring" he smiles, walking to his room, setting you on the bed while he changes into his house clothes in the attached bathroom.
"are you going tomorrow too?" you ask, looking up at him as he walks to the door, motioning you to come with him.
"you already know i am darling" he laughs, his hand on your back, leading you.
"then... can we go out daddy? please?" you ask, turning around and pressing your hands to your chest, and making the biggest puppy eyes you could.
he looks outside for a second, checking it its already dark, which it is.
he could never say no to you.

"i wanna go on the side!" you call, pulling at his hand.
nanami walks over to the stone railing, picks you up, and sets you on it, taking your hand.
as always, you outstreched your hand and he took yours quickly and securly.
slowly, you walk down the stone railing with a wide smile, nanami looking up at you with a gentle smile himself.
you are a little sunshine in nanamis stormy life. and he wont risk you.
