//Episode 7: Guilty Lunch and a Familiar Scent//
<I was supposed to do a fluff but let's abandon that and go back to the previous chapter on what happened as the two Left for the school store>
Luckily, Finn calmed down but it leaves Sam still worried for the girl. The two had spent the entire day inside of the Store and Sam had to tend customers and look after Finn since she had a breakdown. Crewel and Trein got the memo about also Vargas but one person didn't...
"You sure, you don't want your Uncle to check up on you?"
Sam asked, which Finn replies slowly and emotionlessly.
"He should.. not know...he worries about me..a lot and...he might tell father..I wouldn't want him to cry again.."
Finn said while looking down at her knees. The two sat at the staff's lounge area inside of the store and suddenly heard the door open,
"Be right back Doll, i need to tend the customer first."
Sam said as he leaves to the front desk. Finn was now left alone inside of the lounge, she brought both knees to her chest.
"Why...must her death haunt me...is it because it was my fault? Why didn't i run for help...like she told me before she died..why did i stand there...why did i spoke? Why...why...why-"
"Finn you in here?"
A familiar voice broke her thoughts as she looks up to see. Yuu, standing there in the entrance of the staff lounge. She got up and ran towards him and gave him a hug as she buries her head to his chest. Yuu, then looked down at the girl and hugged back and stroking her hair.
"I feel safe...when he is around.....I don't wanna lose him...I don't want him to go back...please don't leave so soon.."
<...>
"Mr. S told me and Deuce you were here, i bet when you were walking with riddle..something happened?"
Finn nodded,
"I see, well lets get going. Trey senpai is waiting for us in the kitchen, Me and Deuce just bought what he need-"
Finn looked up at the boy, and tilted her head.
"Trey...Kitchen?...what are..you guy..doing..in there?"
Finn asked with her soft and emotionless voice,
"Well...how do i explain it.."
Yuu said as he as he lets go of Finn and scratches his neck.
"It all started when you and Riddle left for the School store.."

<Earlier in the cafeteria...>
As the two left the Cafeteria, Yuu then saw a drop of ink colliding to the other.
"What was that?"
Yuu thought as he watches them leave, he then heard Grim talked about how Finn just continued to talk, and he then called her Henchmen which he didn't like the idea of calling her that.
"Eeeeeeiii, That was close"
He heard Cater said with a sweat drop on his cheek.
"That guy is so obnoxious."
"Woah! That's rude!"
Deuce scolds Grim, just then Two Heartslabyul students look over to see Riddle now gone.
"Did the Dorm head leave?" <Heartslabyul Student A>
"I broke the Laws of the Queen of Hearts, No.186: "One must never eat a hamburger seak on tuesday." I was terrified of what would happen if he found out i ate one." <Heartslabyul Student B>
"Uuugh...at least let us eat whatever we want..." <Heartslabyul Student B>
Trey and Cater went silent after hearing their fellow dorm mates. Trey then spoke to the first years in the table and explained about Riddle case.
"...in his first week at the school, Riddle took the seat of Dorm head. He speaks harshly but he's trying to make the dorm better, he doesn't have bad intentions."
"Someone with good intentions doesn't randomly collar people." <Grim>
The two Heartslabyul Thirds years just laughed at that.
"Grim, you're at fault for going crazy during the ceremony."
Yuu said while looking at the monster.
"Gggrrnnn... But that collar cuts off your magic, it's horrible and sucks!"
"Hm? You mean Riddle's Unique Magic." <Cater>
"Unique...means the one that only he can use?" <Deuce>
"It's magic that's strictly limited to one person...simply put, it's magic that reflects the character of the user that only they can use, so "Unique Magic". You'll learn about it in class eventually."
Trey explained to them.
"Henchemen Finn has her Unique magic and it also sucks!" <Grim>
"Grim...don't call her like that." <Yuu>
"Well, Riddle's Unique magic lets him seal another person's magic for a fixed amount of time, it is called: Off With Your Head!"
Cater explained about Riddle's Unique Magic, sending shivers down the monster's spine.
"Hiii! Just the name is terrifying!"
"As a wizard, having your magic sealed hurts like losing your head. Therefore, you shouldn't break Riddle's rules inside the dorm."
"It also means he isn't scary if you follow the rules, And i must ask..Grim whats Finn's Unique magic?"
Trey questioned the monster, which he replies of course annoyed.
"Her unique magic is something about being controlled by sticks up above you..and You have black strings tied on both your hands and feet! She used it on me during the ceremony!"
Grim said, as he crosses his arms: the Two third years and First years look at Grim in shock, revealing the truth of who was the one behind him being stayed in place and made him dance.
"Eh! So Dolly chan was behind all of that! Well..it does actually fit her."
Cater chirped, Ace then added up,
"Yeah..she used it on him again because he escaped. it was quite a shocker as well ya know."
"If you are in my place you couldn't move at all! You become stiff and would only stay in place, but not until those things above you goes away then you could move!" <Grim>
"Now that you mention it, i think her Unique magic is called: Marionette Strings."
Deuce added, Yuu could only look where she seated.
"Yeah...she even can control objects...to Do housework or cleaning." <Yuu>
"That's actually pretty useful...nonetheless." Trey>
"Anyways we are going off topic here..so what you're saying earlier is i have to go but a tart or Cater senpai will kick me out again?" <Ace>
"That's right. As decided by Laws of the Queen of Hearts, No.53. In particular, Riddle really looks forward to eating the first piece of a whole tart so he won't forgive you unless it's whole."
"You said you want to be friends so can't you just overlook that!"
"That is that, this is this."
"But aren't whole tarts pretty expensive?"
Deuce added up to Cater's explanation, Which the Auburn haired boy just sighed.
"Blegh. I don't have that kind of money."
"Then how about making one? The other tarts were made by Trey."
"Well it is true baking is cheaper but that's unexpected.."
Yuu said in astonishment as he looks at Trey,
"Trey senpai! You made that tart? Amazing! It was as good as a pro's."
Trey could only chuckle at the sudden compliment.
"Haha, thank you. It's true i have all the tools and seasonings...I won't help you for free." <Trey>
"Eeehh!? I have to pay for it!" <Ace>
"Haha, I'm not gonna squeeze money out of an underclassmen. If we're going to make the tart Riddle wants to eat next, we need a lot of chestnuts. Could you gather them for me?"
Trey asked to Ace,
"Either way is a pain. Well, how many do you need?"
Ace questioned the amount of chestnut he must pick out for his senior.
"To make it for the Unbirthday Party, we'll need...about 2-300, i think." <Trey>
"That many!?" <Deuce and Grim>
"Then I'll have you roast them and remove the outer shell to take out the nut."
"Can i go home?" <Grim>
"Me too." <Deuce>
"Traitors!"
Ace yelled at Grim and Deuce as Yuu could only sweatdropped at the scene un folding.
"You know, tarts that everyone makes together are always the best. To make memories? You might even make you debut as a food blogger." <Cater>
"Keep it a secret from Riddle, but freshly baked mont blanc is the most delicious. Only those who help make it get to try some."
As soon as Trey said that, Grim then got hooked up with the idea cause one: Food and two: Food.
"Oooh ooh ooh! Let's get a move on! We're gonna pick chestnut after chestnut after chestnut!"
"You changed your mind so quickly Grim..and where do we find Chestnuts though?"
Yuu asked Trey.
"There should be plenty of Chestnut trees in the forest behind the campus botanical garden."
Trey informed,
"Then we meet after class in front of the botanical garden."
"Go! Go! Chestnut Picking!"

"Oh...making..a mont blanc...those are delicious...but father..as father said..too much sugar..is bad for you...so i rarely eat sweets...but crumpets..are a exemption.."
<yes...She was also raised in a slightly strict household...like Riddle..but Judi and Martson gave her freedom though..they only get strict when she does something wrong..>
Finn said to Yuu as he, Deuce and Grim were inside of the lounge.
"Apparently yeah... And Trey Senpai ran out of ingredients though since we talked a lot."
Deuce informed. Sam allowed the three to enter the lounge because Finn was still present, they can leave any time they are ready he informed them.
"But...what about..the gardener..no i mean.."
"Oh! Apparently there this person me and Henchemen encountered in the Botanical Garden!"
"Well..let me explain it to her..you might confuse her Grim.."
Yuu said as Finn move in closer because of curiosity. Deuce was beside her and the contact with her made him flustered.
Yuu then mumbled to himself before explaining.
"But..how does that guy knows..Finn's smell?.."
"So..it was after class..and we met up behind the school.."

<after Classes when Finn didn't showed up in class>
The Two Heartslabyul first years and Ramshackle Residents have arrived at the woods behind the botanical garden after class. Grim awed at the sight of many chestnuts.
"Do you ever think that Finnian is sick?"
Deuce questioned,
"Nonsense, maybe she went home or something?"
"I don't think thats it but look at Grim picking chestnuts with his paws."
"Yeah.." <Ace and Deuce>
The three then approached the monster.
"We can't pick them up with bare hands. It'll also be good to get a basket or something to put them all in." <Deuce>
"The botanical garden probably has whatever we need inside."
So the First years then decided to head to the Botanical garden. As soon as they entered they awed at the place.
"Wow, it's bigger in here than i thought."
Ace said while looking around with a collar on his neck.
"There should be a caretaker of this place. We should split up and find them."
Deuce suggested, which they agreed. Ace went Right, Deuce went left and as for Yuu and grim went straight and to the back.
They went their ways.....
"Hey, hey, look at this! There's a bunch of fruit! They smell so good!"
Grim said happily, Yuu then looked around as well.
"There's a bunch of fruit I've never seen before.."
Just then as the two were walking they heard a grunt from behind them.
"Did i just step on something? Or did you voice got deeper Grim?"
Yuu asked Grim, the two then turned around to see a male with a yellow vest and with ears.
<MAH MANS AKDNSO>
"Oi, you've got some nerve stepping on someone's tail without saying anything."
The man with lion ears said while looking at the two. Grim then asked him,
"Are you the caretaker here? You seem like an impolite guy..."
"I was in the middle of a nice nap, then you go and walk all over my tail. This sucks."
The man with lion ears said in annoyance, Yuu then apologize to him.
"I am very sorry. Though he was at fault for putting his tail on the walk way though."
Just then the man recognize the boy and said,
<Yes, i use the word man cause he older than anyone else, well Lilia and Malleus are also older but yeah!>
"You...aren't you that herbivore that the mirror said can't use magic? Hmmm..."
He then went up to Yuu and sniffed him and backed away and looked at the boy,
"I really dont smell a speck of magic on you yet...there's this familiar scent lingering in you..could it be that the Headmaster let Her in this school.." <???>
"W-what are you talking about.." <Yuu>
"Either way..I don't feel like taking on an opponent that can't resist." <???>
"Man, being scrutinized by this guy is making my fur stand on end."
Grim said shaking in fear as he hides behind Yuu.
"I, Leona, can't just let you just walk away after stepping on my tail? I was having such a lovely nap and now I'm just pissed. I'm gonna take a tooth."
The man, who is Leona said as he looks at Yuu with an evil grin.
"Whaaaat!"
Yuu said out of fear, Grim then shakes Yuu.
"Hurry, let's get outta here!"
Just before Leona could come even closer to Yuu, an unfamiliar voice was then heard.
"Leona san!"
Leona then turned around to see Ruggie, a boy with hyena ears.
"Ah, there you are. It's time for your remedial lessons, y'know."
"Ugghh... the annoying one's here." <Leona>
"Its cause you keep failing. If you keep getting held back, we're gonna be classmates."
Ruggie informed,
"Knock it off already. I don't need lectures from you." <Leona>
"I don't enjoy nagging you! You'd have no problem if you tried. Whatever let's go!"
Ruggie said In annoyance which made Leona click his tongue in annoyance as well.
"Tch...watch out next time you come onto my terf. Herbivores."
And with that Ruggie and Leona left Yuu and Grim....
"Wait...he smelled her scent from me? But how...."
<Yuu...Finn keeps on Hugging you..and of course her scent of Tea leaves would be stuck on you.>

As Leona and Ruggie were heading towards the main building, Ruggie could not help but notice something was wrong with Leona.
"What the matter with you? We just left those two behind and you here looking like you are missing something? Is it your wallet?"
Ruggie asked, Leona then just sighed in annoyance.
"Its nothing, lets just get this over with so i can take a good nap..it was ruined by a herbivore."
"Whatever you say~"
Ruggie said as he went ahead, Leona then put index finger on his chin.
"Looks like...i might pass by her sooner or later....or maybe sooner than i think.."

And so story time was over, Finn then headed out with Deuce, Grim and Yuu as they headed back to the School kitchens. But wait...chaos emerges..
