Parting Ways !

Panting Naruto rested on Tsunade's back for a couple of seconds before falling to the side. Tsunade however quickly straddled him once again smiling down at him while tugging on his shaft.

"You're still hard...looks like I'm going to have to fix that" Tsunade smirked as she placed Naruto's penis into her and slid down his shaft.

Naruto lay in bed with Tsunade under his arm her head was resting on his shoulder while her red nail polished finger nails traced abstract patterns on his chest. His hand was tracing down her back with a feathery touch.

"I was serious you know" Tsunade stated randomly watching her fingers move.

"About what?" Naruto asked kissing Tsunade's forehead and she nuzzled into him wrapping her arms around his waist.

"About coming to Konoha with me...just me and you like this every day" Tsunade replied kissing Naruto's neck.

"I can't" Naruto said and Tsunade sighed knowing he was right...he had his own priorities and she had her own now not to mention most of her heart still belonged to Dan.

"I wish you had been born earlier" Tsunade commented and Naruto raised an eyebrow at her she had never said anything like this before.

"What do you mean?" Naruto asked Tsunade moving so he could see into her eyes and Tsunade almost shied away.

"Then...I could have fallen for you fully and have gotten married to you" Tsunade replied and Naruto gasped.

"I want you to know that...I do love you in some way...I don't understand these feelings fully myself yet I believe if we had met earlier I would have probably loved you with all my heart" Tsunade confessed and Naruto closed his eyes before kissing her on the lips.

"I...think I would have probably done the same" Naruto replied pulling back slightly before she rubbed her nose on his pecking his lips.

"I've actually got something for you" Naruto stated reaching for the small table at the side of the bed and pulling out a small necklace with a gold circle on the front. Tsunade stared at the necklace in shock for several seconds before smiling at Naruto.

"Thank you" Tsunade said and tied it around her neck and Naruto grinned slightly.

"Open it" Naruto told her and Tsunade looked in confusion for a few seconds before realizing the circle could flip open. When she opened the necklace a small warm smile appeared on her face and she leaned in slowly kissing Naruto in a loving manner.

"We should get some sleep" Naruto stated and Tsunade nodded tightly wrapping her limbs around Naruto's body and kissed him until they both fell asleep.

Tsunade yawned as she woke up she immediately stared at the sleeping face of Naruto and unbeknownst to her a lone tear trailed down her cheek...it was time to let go. Konoha must come first now however she would still have her memories with Naruto and she'd never come to regret them no matter what.

Untangling her limbs Tsunade placed a gentle kiss on Naruto's forehead before standing up and going towards the bathroom and showering as quietly as possible.

Walking back into the room she frowned as she got dressed due to the small necklace around her neck that Naruto had given her last night this would be the last time she and Naruto would be naked together.

"Baa-chan...are you ready yet?" Tsunade heard Nimato's voice from the other side of the door and smiled it was time for her to put behind her past and look forward for whatever the future would bring.

She glanced towards the table the note she had prepared for Naruto when he woke up it was the results of something she had been curious of for a long time...and she had confirmed it yesterday while Naruto had been sleeping however what she had found out was too painful for her to tell him...and she was certain once he found out he'd want to be alone anyway.

Sending one last glance to the naked Naruto all the times they had spent together rushed through her head and once again a lone tear trailed down her cheek before she walked out to the smiling face of Nimato.

"It's time to go Baa-chan" Nimato said grinning and Tsunade's eyebrow ticked she was not old.

"Stop calling me that brat...besides I'm your Hokage now show me some respect" Tsunade ordered as the two left down the corridor all the while there was something she thought she was forgetting to do. However the two were unaware of the slightly opened eye of Naruto staring at the door.

Standing up Naruto sighed another of his romantic relationships had ended and this time it was Tsunade and once again he was certain it was the right choice not to get into emotionally romantic relationships again.

Walking over towards the note Tsunade had left him Naruto smiled faintly it was usually him leaving the notes yet he felt no resentment for Tsunade doing so after all they had basically said their goodbyes to each other last night also he knew if she was doing this there was a reason.

Picking up the note he began to read the note his eyes narrowing after each line.

Naruto,

When you read this I will already be on my way to Konoha...firstly I want to say thank you for everything you've done for me and for the memories you have given me...I'll never regret anything we've done together no matter what as the times we shared together where special for me.

Now...for the main point...while you were unconscious after your battle with the Raikage I took a sample of your blood and examined it and my fear was realized. There's a reason you don't feel pain at times and there had always been a reason for this andthat is because you have a disease...it looks a lot similar to the Uchiha's however yours looks a lot more evolved.

The disease is slowly shutting down your body eating at everything chakra, organs and even your senses, the only thing that's been keeping you alive so far is your unique healing ability constantly repairing your body. However it won't last forever and the disease will overcome the ability.

I can't deduce how long you have left...however I can say it doesn't look like it can be transmitted to other people it seems quite stubborn to stick to your body.

I'm sorry...I wasn't able to tell you this face to face...I just couldn't be the one to be the one to give you this news.

Naruto stared at the note with narrowed eyes before letting it fall between his fingers...he may have gotten what he wanted with Tsunade becoming Hokage however he felt no happiness at this moment.

"Damn it..." Naruto said in frustration at what he had just found out...he was going to die...

I  showed a little of Naruto's new strength and there is a reason Naruto can use all elemental nature types and it will be revealed later however he finally got even and beat the Raikage I wonder how the man will react to the loss.

Once again Naruto played the older brother protecting him from every little thing also a spoiler here next arc both Naruto and Nimato will be fighting together and teaming up at a certain point but they'll still remain enemies...I don't want to give too much away so think of it like the enemy of my enemy is my friend type teaming up.

Finally onto Naruto's disease...I like to think I've foreshadowed this for a while and soon we'll get to see the effects it will have on Naruto both physically and emotionally. Also will he tell Izumi or will he keep it quiet that's something to think about but the main question is will Naruto be able to defy fate and find a cure or will he lose to fate...It's certainly going to be one roller-coaster for him...and me and hopefully all of you.
