"Ofcourse. I just don't know when or sure how. But all I know is, everything will just turn out fine."

Nagtatakang tumingin si Merav kay Zadie. "Paano ka nakakasigurado?"

"I feel it when you're with me. I just know that, whenever I look at you, nothing will turn as bad. I feel safe when you're around."

Napangiti si Merav. "Aw, Zadie," aniya saka hinalikan sandali ang labi nito. "Parang book lang, di'ba?"

Tumango si Zadie upang sumang-ayon. "As cliche as it sounds. And there's this very important chapter that answer all the question. That conclude the story together and satisfy the readers."

"Ano 'yun?"

"The epilogue."

"Pero ano kayang magyayari pagkatapos 'non, 'no? What happens after the epilogue?"

"We'll have to see that for ourselves."

"In a perfect world, ano sa tingin mo ang ginagawa mo ngayon?"

Napaisip si Zadie. "I think I'll always be a writer. Not a Freedom Writer of course but. . .maybe a poet or an artist," nginitian n'ya si Merav. "How about you in a perfect world?"

"In a perfect world, magiging doktor ako." Ngumiti si Merav. "In a perfect world, makikita ko ang mga paintings at poems mo."

"You don't need a perfect world to hear my poem. I can recite you a recent one."

"Talaga?"

"For you, I will, my flower princess."

Napangiti si Merav. "Kabisado mo?"

"I memorize all the things I write so they can't take it away from me."

"Hark, my flower princess, my angel and my goddess
I ask for all your mercy to forgive ones derange
Grant me my wish not to shear thee
The fragility of yours which is so lovely
Then might as be all world go blind
For they hinder your sight and mine
I ask again, princess flora, grant me my wish
Let me whisper in thy ears with silence and love and misery
Speak thy name to forget mine
And shall you forget the stars for the universe is in thine eyes
Oh dear, fates! I beg you with my might
Let this desperate plea of mine reach thy light
That we shalt meet again in other life, my love and I
For we are souls destined to meet, to kiss and to speak
I beg the good heavens, hear my plea, let me and my love go free
And to you, my beloved, my life will be your endless wall of protection
The entirety of my being is devoted in a love to be yours
My flower princess, my angel, my goddess. . .my Merav, I will always adore you in a million ways possible."

"Oh my god," hindi n'ya makapaniwalang bulong. "Para saakin talaga 'yun?"

Tumango si Zadie upang kumpirmahin. "You're my muse."

"I love you so much."
