The Return of the Rose
So the rose has returned.
Here is your new visual,
You have the elegant blue rose,
Genetically enhanced and as beautiful as ever.
But what you find is that the red rose has returned as well.
Only you know that the red rose is being given as a gesture of affection this time,
As a way of saying "I was blind to what I had in from of me" type of deal.
Making you feel worse because you already accepted the gesture from the Blue rose.
But you like being with the blue rose,
You only feel bad for the red rose for being late in realizing it's feelings.

Sad little story I know but it's a true one! One of my friends from back in M.D and he told me a while ago and I felt really bad because I'm dating my awesome bf^^... But he was one of my best friends back then (and still is now). But that's the latest on my poems for this book, OH!
