No they tell you,
"It's for your own good."
"Get some space."
"Clear your mind."
"You rushed out of that relationship too soon."But what do they know?
How can they look at all they see and tell me that I don't know my own heart!
"You're too young to understand."
As if I'm a child without a decent thought.How do they know you can't feel something this large,
This astronomical amount of care I have for this person,
Can you judge that by age?
Can you tell someone that they don't understand a feeling when they're not the one feeling it?My age is not a trap for emotion,
Ones I have felt since knowing him,
You cannot say I am ignorant for how I defend this.Yes I've wrong before,
And proven otherwise about those I've claimed to like,
But this is different!
Not half assed,
Or done out of loneliness.Can't you see he is the only one for me?
