St Petersburg

Nandika Pov:

"Lex, Where are you going, and what are you going to do?" Nandika asked.

"I going to pay a visit to one of my assets here, let's just say we owns me a favor and knows about arms business that could be helpful to us," I said.

"I"ll follow you there, I want to hear what this asset of yours has to say and if I can trust him or her?" Nandika questioned.

"Okay but I'm going to do the talking he might have not trust you," I said.

"Why wouldn't your asset trust me Lex, were both from the CIA?" Nandika asked.

"Agents Charles let's just say that she's suspicious person doesn't trust anyone that right away," I remarked.

Nandika began to wonder who this asset was? And why she wouldn't trust her? Assets were always hard to trust, not knowing if intel was genuine or false was a big worry. I guess you could say that it was a double edge sword; one that was very dangerous to walk. She herself had delt with assets that supplied intel was fixed. But as Red teamer she learned to think out of the box which was how she knew there was more to it then Lex was telling her.

Walking back up the street to where she had a parked the Mazda that she rented, she watched Lex drive off in the Dodge Ram. Reaching into her pocket, she pulled out her keys to unlock the door on the car. After unlocking the door, she climbed in, and closed the door behind her. As Nidika drove off the street passing by old imperial buildings that were a reminder of the old past of the city.

Nandika stayed a few vehicles behind him just so she remain invisible; her instincts were telling her that this asset could be trouble, and if what the asset was working for theResistance? But she guessed if Lex ta bad feeling about this, and that was never good.

A few minutes later she drove into the Admiralteysky district of the city where she saw Lex park his Dodge Ram down the street. Nidika glanced out the window to see where they where going to meet this asset? Grabbing the door handle of her Mazda, Nidika climbed out carefully surveying the surroundings around her.

All that she could see was old abandoned shipyard, there no people out or walking along. Her gut was telling her that this could be ambush or setup. She  guessed if Lex trust his asset his asset, she was going to have trust his word.

Either one wasn't good agents had been captured or killed in a shootout. Especially if you were in a foreign country like Russia. The FSB could in the shadows waiting to make their move, or even the Resistance; It was hard to tell. Which made more dangerous and risky.

Every agent or handler when they trained at Camp Perry was told you operate in Russia you go by the Moscow Rules; it

was how you survived and blended into crowd in a foreign country. This was no different. Nidika glanced at her wondering where the hell asset was? Four minutes a woman walked out of the shadows, carefully looking around like she was afraid for her life.

"Alexi, what can you tell me about the arms business and Triple-A7?" I asked

"Lex,US, Russia and Saudia Arabia are the two biggest countries in the arms trade. Billions of dollars are spenton selling weapons to rogue countries;Think about it your own government sold arms to Saddam Huseein and Osma Bin Laden. Triple-A7 was the middleman then working for all three countries on their payroll," Alexi remarked looking around nervously.

"Alexi, are you telling me that Triple-A7 is just a middleman in the arms trade, but he's not anymore now he's behind this so-called Resistance," I said.

"Yes But now he's even more dangerous than ever because he knows that all countries want him killed," Alexi replied in an old Russian accent.

Out of nowhere Nandika heard tires screech as two bikers on a motorbike sped by them, while the assassin clutched the MP7 submachine gun in his grip. The assassin pulled trigger as shots rang out taking down Alexi as she dropped to the ground.I withdrew my suppressed Glock clutched in both of my hands sprinting flat out, raised my suppressed pistol pulled the trigger as a bullet flew out and out dropped   the assassin.

Nandika quickly made her way over seeing the dead assassin laying on the ground, and then saw the biker on the motorbike pivoted and come straight at. But before he could reach for his weapon. Nidika reached into her shoulder holster, and with her suppressed Sig Suacer. She fired two shots taking out the biker as the motorbike suddenly crashed into one of the vehicles on the street.
