You keep searching for solace
In all of these dreams
As it folds right into the bottomless seams
Filling your head with these lies
But it seems
When you wake up it's a false truth
Broken up in this clever ruse
Feeling the dark in the room like
Seeing the night and it's all right
Coffee in the morning and you're uptight
It's over again in the new light
Fucked up in the morning and it's alright
Not a soul in the road with a good sight
Took a gun to your head and you just might
No need to cry if you don't fight
Never been liking the dreams in my head
But the demons inside keep wishin me dead
Told me the road was dangerous to tread
Told me to spin the wheel but I'm dead
Rolling me up to the street
Constantly joinin the meet
Never been feelin the heat
Fucking me up in the week
Gotta get up in this world
Following through the hazy swirl
