"so you're saying, whenever he's around you, you're always feeling butterflies in your stomach?" felix repeated once more after hearing a long explanation from the other. jisung shyly nodded and looked down to his fiddling fingers he couldn't help but do.

"it can't possibly be what i think it is... can it?" he asked in uncertainty and looked up to stare at felix's eyes in hopes to search for an answer.

the pink haired male thought for a moment before sighing as he rested his head on his palm. "judging by what you're saying, it could be possible but who knows? it could be anything. aren't you experienced in this? this hasn't happened to you for the first time you know."

jisung deeply sighed and nodded, finally intertwining his hands together on his lap. "i know... it's just, lots of things had happened since middle school and i hadn't felt anything like this in a while, in fact, out of all of the feelings i felt back then, this is the strongest one i've ever felt."

felix said nothing else, listening in carefully to what his friend was saying. he knows everything about jisung, his insecurity about his appearance, his talents and most specifically his sexuality. everything changed about him especially after all of the horrifying experiences he never wanted to go through again.

ever since what happened in the past, he seemed to have noticed jisung's change of self-esteem, the fact that it got even worse; his insecurities were starting to eat him up that he was no longer who he was before. and felix, being his best friend, couldn't help but worry about him.

the light reflecting off felix's eyes glimmered down at the sight of seeing his friend beside him all worn out, he never wanted to see this side of him no matter what. he sighed once more at what he could do to help, after all, he could see that the other was still struggling to let go off the past.

"look, ji. everything's in the past now, everyone's becoming more opening and accepting. also, changbin hyung's changed ever since, he's no longer who he was before. you can be yourself now, i'm sure everything's okay now." felix spoke, attempting to reassure his best friend whose face seemed to have broken down before him.

"i know... i just can't... after everything that has happened to me. i can't seem to forget about it. i'm such a monster." jisung quietly replied and looked down beneath him once more. his insecurity was taking over him, he was struggling to control it - simply put, he was lost.

felix sighed and gently placed his hand over the others, jisung secretly wanting it to be the olders instead but there was nothing he could do. "no you're not ji. no one's a monster, in fact, you're so special. you're a human being with your own feelings, no one should stop you from liking whoever you want, just be yourself, please. at least do it for me." he said with pleading eyes.
