Harry's pov

"You know the drill mate I don't have to tell you" I laughed cleaning my station after finishing up a tattoo

This guy comes in like every 3 months for a new tattoo today he got a pin up girl on his thigh

"Yeah man I'll see ya" he tossed a 20 on my desk I waved him out

"STYLES!"

"HANG ON IM CLEANING" I yelled back grabbing the cleaner to wipe down my chair

"STYLES NOW!" I cocked an eyebrow that son of a bitch knows better than to talk to me like that I ignored him and continued to wipe down my chair

My curtain opened there was the little tweeb receptionist he was new he obviously hasn't learned yet that I'm the top dog everyone here answers to me I'm the last step before the boss

"Problem?" I growled

"Um... there's a kid here for you"

I furrowed my eyebrows "what?" I shook my head "no minors just tell them to leave"

"No your kid"

I stood up and shoved him out of the way I walked down the hall there was Evelyn standing by herself looking around playing with the end of her dress nervously "Eve little doll what are you doing here?"

She turned to look at me I saw tears pooling on her lash line "dad left me" she whispered

She calls Sam dad

"What?" I opened my arms she ran over I picked her putting her on my hip "what happened?" She was out with Sam's parents today while Alexis and I were at work

"w-we was walking I was holding his hand h-he letted me go and w-walked away without m-me" she stuttered sniffling as tears rolled down her cheeks "I yell for him but he not answer and I so scared daddy!" She cried full on now

I hugged her rubbing her back "it's okay doll it's alright" I turned to the receptionist "go get my phone and my keys they're on my desk" he nodded jogging back down the hall

I can't bring her into my room not with all the nude pictures whether she realizes it or not I don't want her in there

He brought me my stuff

I stepped outside with her I looked around seeing if I could spot Sam "why were you with Sam? Weren't you with your grandparents?"

She nodded "dad came to they house he picked me up while I was napping"

Did he have permission to get her? It sounds like he just showed up and snatched her

I called Alexis still scanning around she didn't answer I frowned I unlocked my car I opened my back door and put her in my backseat "I'm calling mommy okay? We're gunna get this sorted relax in here okay?" I kissed her head

I closed that door and leaned against the car calling Alexis again Evelyn didn't need to hear what I was about to say my jaw was clenched so tight it hurt I was beyond pissed

"Hey Babe I'm in a meeting I can't talk" she answered quietly

"I have Evelyn"

"What? Why?"

I had her attention "she just walked into my shop by herself she said she was with Sam and he let her go in the crowd"

"WHAT! Oh I'm sorry I'm so sorry please excuse me" she spoke to the people in the meeting "What?" She said to I'm thinking me

"From what I gather Sam took her from his parents he was walking with her he let her go and left her she walked into my shop crying" I rolled my jaw thanking god for all the times Alexis brought me dinner with Evelyn in the backseat so she knew this is where I worked "she said she yelled for him and he fuckin just LEFT HER"

"I can't believe this I- shit that's his parents calling me now"

"I think he took her from them and they didn't even know"

"FREEZE!" I looked up I jumped when I was grabbed by 2 cops I dropped my phone

"WHAT THE FUCK?!" I yelled as they twisted me around and smashed me into my car

"YOURE UNDER ARREST FOR KIDNAPPING!" One of them shouted basically directly into my ear

"WHAT?!" I screamed struggling so they couldn't cuff me "YOUVE GOT THE WRONG GUY!" I had no fucking clue what was going on

"That's her thats my little girl!" I was burning with rage I heard that fuckers voice I turned there was Sam with some more cops "my Baby my Evelyn!" He was pointing at her

Evelyn was panicking in the car banging on the window yelling for me, yelling Daddy

"BULLSHIT THATS MY DAUGHTER HE FUCKING TOOK HER AND LEFT HER ON THE STREET!" I finally pushed myself off my car breaking away from the 2 cops that had me I slid over the hood of my car and threw open my back door grabbing Evelyn

"LET THE CHILD GO!" They all pointed guns at me

"DADDDDY" Evelyn clung to me burying her face in my neck sobbing

I held up a hand "this is my child" I said as calmly as I could manage "I have her mother on the phone right there by your foot" I pointed to my phone on the ground

"GIVE US THE CHILD" I looked at Sam

He smirked at me

I was shaking with anger "okay okay" I leaned down to set her down but she had her legs wrapped around me her little nails digging into the back of my neck

"Evelyn doll you gotta let go"

"NO NO NO NO NOOOO" she was panicking beyond belief gasping for air as she cried

"Evelyn" I whispered I grabbed her arms pulling them apart so she had to let me go

"NO NO NO DADDY NOO" she scream I've never heard fear like that

I instantly let go of her arms "okay okay it's okay" I paused giving her a moment to calm down

"GIVE HER TO ME" I gasped as Evelyn was literally ripped from my arms she clawed the back of my neck I felt blood start soaking my tee shirt

I saw Evelyns face of pure terror her eyes wide tears streaming down her face my blood on her finger tips I heard a very audible gasp of breathlessness she wasn't breathing she was having a full on unadulterated panic attack

I lost it I looked up at Sam I grabbed Evelyn and put her on the ground then slammed my head into Sam's face mostly his nose he fell back and I straddled him punching him over and over and over

It was all so fast I was blinded by pure festering fury I felt nothing but anger

I was picked up I stomped on his neck as they lifted me up I spat at him I was cuffed

"She has asthma" I looking around trying to find Evelyn in the sea of lights and uniforms "she has asthma!" I still didn't see her but I heard her they threw me in a car "SHE HAS ASTHMA!" I screamed as they slammed the car door in my face

I was panting I looking into the rear view mirror

I had blood splatter all over my face and a big bleeding gash on my forehead I looked back out the window I saw Sam being put on a stretcher

I hope he chokes on his own fucking blood

That's also when I saw Alexis pull up she hopped out of her car running right into the crowd

I jolted when the car shook the cop who got in slammed the door he said something but my ears were ringing so I couldn't hear him, not like I'd care even if they weren't
