41[Misletoe Moment]

Harry's pov

I made sure to wear not only a sweatshirt but also my leather jacket so I wouldn't be cold yet as soon as I opened the door for Alexis I got a bone deep chill

Alexis however was in some brown corduroy pants with a matching brown jacket the kind that had the white fur in it with a tight black turtleneck under she was wearing black docs too

She was wearing these little low pig tails so very innocently and the lightest touch of makeup I think she just put on lashes and a lipstick

I kept stealing glances at her as I drove she was telling me about how much she loves the cold weather and how much she'd wish it would snow ,we're in the deep south it doesn't snow, then trailed off into other Christmas conversations

"Evelyn is so darling though- Oh I took her to see Santa the other day!" Alexis clapped

"Aww that's cute how'd she handle that? You've got pictures?" Id love to see those pictures she's no doubt dressed to the nines like a little baby doll

"Good she was so excited, but uh she asked for a new daddy that was just a touch awkward" I burst out laughing I came to a red light and looked at Alexis who was also giggling

"A new daddy? What did Santa say?"

She rolled her eyes "ugh he said 'I'll look into it, but I only know elves' he then smiled at me I wish he would have just asked her what else she wanted I mean after that remark I snatched her up so fast and got out of there"

I pulled up at the painting place I got out with Alexis she got to the door first so she opened it for me I said thank you and pulled her in with me we walked to the desk "2 seats for Styles" She pulled out 2 canvases handing them to me

"Room 3 pick your seats and drinks are free in there by the way" she smiled I nodded

"Thanks" We walked back to the room "where do you wanna sit?" Alexis skipped over to the last row of the 3 and sat I put the canvases on the easels "want a drink?" I pointed they offered hot chocolate, coffee, and tea

"No thank you I'm fine" I walked over getting a cup of hot chocolate plopping in a few marshmallows I walked back sitting next to her

"What are we painting?" She asked as a another couple entered the room

"I think it's gunna be like a snow forest or something" I shrugged "it'll be kinda dark so it will match your decor" I teased

"Haha you're sooo funny" she rolled her eyes snickering to herself she then jolted "oh pictures here" she pulled out her phone getting to her pictures

She showed me the most adorable picture of any child I've ever seen Evelyn was on Santa's lap in an angelic white dress with a tasteful amount of glitter (the dress didn't look cheap with big chunky glitter I mean) with a red little jacket on with white fur trim and white stockings

Her hair was just natural so her curls were perfect her head topped off with a big red bow

But by far what made this the best her little cheeks were dimpled and blushing just like how Alexis smiles

"Wow look at that" she scrolled through with her near some candy canes and one by the big tree in the mall then she got to one of them together Alexis was kneeling down next to her their cheeks pressed together Evelyn holding Alexis's neck Alexis had an arm around Evelyn's waist Alexis wore blazing red lipstick and both of their green eyes glazing right into the camera making it as if they were smiling right at me
