The truth behind depression
Is a empty space
Hidden behind a smile
Taking more than just a while to dissipate
A gate closed
Lighting striking the sky
Wondering why all fails and why none last past dawn
Everything that has gone wrong
the weight sinking to the bottom of the lake
No air to breath
No room to move
Yet everything feels empty
And the heart goes boom boom
Silent tears
No one to hear
Empty in places
Depression has walked into the room
The words you keep repeating I'll be okay
Yet is it is okay not to be
Everything seems so empty
